MARINATED SKIRT STEAK SALAD


Grilled marinated skirt steak sliced over romaine lettuce tossed in balsamic dressing
with match stick carrots surrounded by tomato wedges, sliced marinated portabella
mushroom caps and topped with crumbled gorgonzola cheese.

CAESAR SALAD
Crisp hearts of romaine lettuce, tossed in a creamy caesar dressing, topped with
shredded asiago cheese and toasted bread croutons.

TOSTADA SALAD
