Entry fees must be paid at the tournament before the first scheduled
match. If entry fees are not paid according to the regulations, the players
concerned are not allowed to play.
System of the K.O. system according to the laws of badminton and competition

Eligibility Participation is open to players of any national association recognised by the BWF.

Withdrawals Please ensure that the organizer will be informed immediately when a player
has to withdraw, together with the reason.
Attention: if a player who is accepted into a tournament withdraws from
the entire competition for any reason whatsoever within 7 ( seven ) days
before the first scheduled match of the tournament, the member
association entering the players shall make a payment of 100.- Euro to
Badminton Europe.
Visa If you need Visa for Austria please ask the Austrian Badminton Association
for the official invitation letter. It is advised to arrange the Visa in time.
Condition of The tournament will be played in full accordance with the laws of badminton
play and the competition regulations adopted by the BWF as well as the circuit
instructions.
Competitors must be prepared to play at the time determined for the events
for which they have entered. Competitors will be scratched if not ready to
play when called.
Players shall not plan their departure less than two (2) hours after their last
match is planned to conclude. If a player/pair is unable to compete due to
early departure, such a player/pair shall lose all the Circuit Ranking points
gained at the particular tournament and Badminton Europe shall propose to
BWF that the gained BWF ranking points are also removed. (Regulation 9.7 in
Badminton Europe’s Circuit Instructions)
Medical service A doctor and a physician will be present in the sports hall during the
tournament.
Drug testing According to Austrian law drug testing may be carried out on a random basis
at any time.
Insurance The organizer declines responsibility and covering of costs for possible
injuries or other damages. It is up to each participant to insure himself.
