Flash Fault Type Suggested Actions
Code
1 DX Module Code If the unit has just been reprogrammed this may not indicate a
fault. Turn system on and off to clear flash code or check
program is correct. If this does not cure the fault:
Check DX-BUS connectors and cables.
Check status LED's on other modules.
Check all necessary modules are present and connected.
2 DX Accessory Code A CLAM or TAM may be receiving a Slow/Stop signal, if not a
fault in an accessory device may cause this code.
Check all external devices connected to the system excluding
devices connected to DX Power Module.
3 Left Motor Fault Check the left (M1) motor, connections and cabling.
4 Right Motor Fault Check the right (M2) motor, connections and cabling.
5 Left Park Brake Fault Check the left park brake, connections and cabling.
6 Right Park Brake Fault Check the right park brake, connections and cabling.
7 Low Battery Voltage Fault Check battery voltage is above 17V.
Check battery connection and terminals.
Check condition of batteries.
8 Over Voltage Fault Check battery voltage is below 32V.
Check battery wiring and terminating is secure.
9 CAN L Fault Check condition of DX-BUS cables and connectors.
10 CAN H Fault Check condition of DX-BUS cables and connectors.
Check hazard lights were not turned on at power up.
11 Stall Timeout Fault Ensure motors are free to turn and power off and on.
12 Module Mismatch There is a module or software incompatibility issue.
Reprogram or consult your Dynamic Service Centre.

You will know exactly the price you will pay before the product is sent to us, enabling you to

Free product reliability upgrades. This means that all products returned to you meet the
latest production quality standards. This eliminates repeat failures and should result in
substantial cost savings for your business.
Free product repairs for at least 15 months on all new items. All products are sold with at
least a 15-month warranty, should a fault occur, we will repair the item free of charge, provided
the reason for failure falls within our standard warranty terms and conditions.
Full functional test and calibration. Calibration is often needed after critical parts have been
replaced during the repair process, only Dynamic can do this.
Urgent turnaround service available. We will endeavour to despatch any urgent item back to
you within 24 hours of receipt of your faulty product.
Comprehensive 6-month repair warranty. In the unlikely event that any repaired product
develops another problem within 6-months, we will repair it free of charge.
All repaired products are returned fully refurbished to “as new” condition. All of your
products are cleaned and refurbished before being returned to you. Where heavier damage
has occurred, we will replace the outer casing and other external parts as necessary. Again,
this work is carried out at no extra cost to you.
