tran-slated, The Sun Of Righteousness?......HWHY created the sun and the Egyptians and Greeks worship the sun. This translation has been on my mind for the past three weeks and i just want to understand. Thanks for any help you can give.

Yes, the Hebrew word SHAMMASH (Sun) is used, which is the literal Sun. The whole context of this end-time prophecy involves the real Sun, and the scorching of this planet on the DAY of Yahuah. The verses before and after reveal a great deal, and those who remember the Torah of Mosheh are NOT harmed. Also note the mention of the DAY of Yahuah: Mal 4:1 For look, the DAY shall come, burning like a furnace, and all the proud, and every wrongdoer shall be stubble. And the DAY that shall come shall burn them up, said Yahuah hwhy of hosts, which leaves to them neither root nor branch. Mal 4:2 But to YOU who fear My Name the Sun of Righteousness shall arise with HEALING in His wings. And YOU shall go out and leap for joy like calves from the stall. Mal 4:3 And YOU shall trample the wrongdoers, for they shall be ashes under the soles of YOUR feet on the DAY that I DO THIS, said Yahuah hwhy of hosts. On the DAY of HWHY, a distinction will be made between the RIGHTEOUS and unrighteous (wrongdoers), as was done in Mitsrayim between the Yisraelites area and the rest of the land. On THE DAY the SUN scorches men, the reward of the wicked will be fully realized.
