WHAT DOES IT COST? Our fees are based solely on contingency. Curlett, Cannon & Galbell will only charge if we identify refunds due either to an incorrect duty assessment or for any other unclaimed duties and taxes. No charges are applied to any future imports of the same or similar items. Australian Customs laws states that we are able reclaim any duty refunds from current date, dating back 4 years. Option 1: Curlett Cannon & Galbell can process all refund claims at no additional cost. All refunds will be paid by Australian Customs directly into your nominated bank account. Payment to Curlett Cannon & Galbell is required within 14 days of receipt of Australian Customs refund monies into your nominated bank account. Option 2: Alternatively should you wish to choose to use your own Broker to process refunds, payment to Curlett Cannon & Galbell will be due and payable within 14 days after the completion of the audit.
