SYNOPSIS:
PRINCIPLE OF LAW course provides student the basic knowledge on law conceptsand the legal system in Malaysia. The course emph asizes on the use of Law ofContract, Law of Tort and the Uniform Building by -Laws in the execution ofconstruction project. This cou rse also gives student knowledge and training inconstruction aspect and construction practice.

LEARNING OUTCOMES : Upon completion of this course students will be able to: 1. Explain concisely the principles of Malaysian legal system, Law of Contractand Law of Tort;[PLO1,LD1]* 2.
