What kind of conversion is still unknown. ( claims that this is a code for 58 and 59 Double cab's only. To specify for VW to cutdown single cab side gates to fit the DC. I strongly disagree as most 58s and 59s *dont* have this mcode but still have the same shortened gates. Also man y 58-60 panels and kombis have m-code 544 as well. I have yet to find a 58-60 T ruck that has 544 besides jerrys 1960.)
