ROWDYBUSH, for racism, discrimination and lack of judicial guarantees in a Danish court by the Danish judge NIELS FOLDBERG on June 25, 2007 trial, it was made after formal protest arose by my former lawyer HANNE RAHBAEK in the court and her statement was hereafter sent to the USA embassy in Copenhagen, Denmark through State Department official ANITA F. FUNCKE. They could not hide the evident racist treatment of this Danish judge. In this protest, from the USA consul Marylinn W. Rowdybush with bad intentions forgot to mention that one of Danish lay men judges in the case, (they were two of them besides the professional judge), an older woman, she was SLEEPING in the middle of the process, and this was happening in the face of Anita F. In this court-book clearly both the judge NIELS FOLDBERG and both of the Danish policemen NICOLAI CEDERSKJOLD and ANDERS BITSCH recognized that I claimed my right to contact the USA embassy in Copenhagen, Denmark and their statements happened in front of the USA State Department officer ANITA F. FUNCKE. Senator MARCO RUBIO, I am asking you to request immediately arrest and prosecution of ANITA F. FUNCKE according to the indictment already delivered to USA AG and Florida AGs. WARNING!!!: This is beside the point that in the same trial mentioned above evidence was hidden from the court. This is hiding evidences in court. Another proof of lack of judicial guarantees. That's to say, Danish authorities are caught cheating, and the USA State Department is in total accomplished conspiracy, because Jens Rasmussen's document was delivered to State Department officer Anita F. Funcke by my wife Gitte Toldsted as soon as we had knowledge of it. How can you explain that the same USA State Department officer ANITA F. FUNCKE with 30 years experience with consular work fail to protest to the Danish police in the first place, the most important: the reason WHY I was brutally arrested and not allowed to contact the USA embassy in Copenhagen, Denmark, and neither allowed to contact a lawyer, or a doctor or my family. Why? Why is there a protest from the USA consul in Copenhagen MARYLINN W. ROWDYBUSH about the July 25, 2007 trial concerning discrimination and lack of judicial guarantees, and NEVER EVER there was a protest in first place for the brutal arrest on November 1, 2006 and NEVER EVER there was a protest about that the police was NOT allowing me to contact the USA Embassy in Copenhagen, as it is my rights according to the Vienna Convention on Consular Relations of 1963 Article 36(a,b,c) (also known as the VCCR) and as it is stated in my USA passport, page 4.4 and no protest for not allowing me even to contact a lawyer either? Why? Why was I arrested in first place; for what reason? What is the justification to beat me to the hell at this brutal arrest, executed by these xenophobic racist Danish policemen? Why does the USA State Department, the USA government and FBI collaborate in silencing this? Who are conspiring to hide and obstruct justice - for the fact that Danish authorities tortured, kidnapped and brutalized and left handicapped for life a USA citizen in Copenhagen, Denmark on November 1, 2006 - with the TOTAL approval from the USA State Department and government? Who? And Why? This document is a clear evidence of clear contradictions and neglect of procedures by officers from the USA State Department. This was done with all intention to obstruct justice, to violate the USA Constitution, to conspire all these years. For all these years since 2006, USA State Department has been denying to American people to know what happened here, in every report released by the State Department about Denmark in each year since then. This is a clear act of conspiracy, senator MARCO RUBIO.

I want and it is my will, that this will be explained in an open and public court in USA, as the Sixth Amendment of the USA Constitution dictates, and also to be presented in a statement in front of the USA Congress. HOW SO? (See statement above) Now this is again evidence of discrimination and justice obstruction. How could you explain that NOBODY from the USA embassy in Copenhagen was present at the trial process against my FREEDOM OF EXPRESSION, on November 09, 2010 in Horsens, Denmark? When a United States citizen stands trial in Denmark, it is customary that a representative from the United States embassy consular section attends the court sitting HOW SO??? How then was I allowed again as an USA citizen to be prosecuted by a foreign court without protection of legal guarantees by USA officials in front of a foreign court? Obviously somebody inside the USA embassy in Copenhagen, Denmark and State Department is conspiring to lie, hide and obstruct justice. Never ever forget that the former consul Marylinn W. Rowdybush did not show me her face not even through the glass window on the consulate, neither to my wife despite our multiples visits to the USA embassy in Copenhagen, Denmark. This was a clear despotic act of this consul. WHICH I CALL IT RACIST! The actual USA ambassador LAURIE S. FULTON was legally warned about the implication of the violation of my Freedom of Expression, my first amendment of the USA Constitution. The legal warning sent to ambassador LAURIES S. FULTON. The USA Embassy was not even present at the time of the inquiry at the Police Station by the Danish police on May 12, 2010, as I requested them.
