The Sympathy mission is to nurture good and competent health care service in community development which will contribute to long term sustainable development.. Although it is a for profit organization, it will offer generous scholarships to those who are actively involved in the humanitarian and development projects of community-based organizations and Local NGOs.

Courses Offered At Sympathy Nurse Aid and Pharmaceutical Training Center

The SYMPATHY Nurse aid and Pharmaceutical Training Courses are divided into 3 Courses such as 1. 2. 3. Nurse Aid Course Pharmaceutical Course Maternal and Child health Care Course 3.Maternal and Child Health Care Maternal Health Care Child Health Care Child Law Eligibility: Training above 3 Courses in this level are suitable for those who never attended nurse aid training and/or have very little knowledge about the basic concepts of nurse and the pharmaceutical and the role of medical workers can play to lay basic foundation for Nurse aid and Pharmaceutical in their respective communities. But the trainees (Males or Females) have at least over 8th or 9th standard educational background and over 15 years old of age. Resource Person Trainings will be conducted by development practitioners/trainers who have been actively involved in development programs/projects of Teaching agencies. All the training are conducted using participatory methods. Training materials are available both in Myanmar and English and all the trainings are facilitated in Myanmar. In addition to above mentioned Nurse aid training program, Sympathy Nurse Aid Training Center also offers English Language Skills training for participant students and other operations related trainings for operation staff (Such as Counseling Psychology ,Child Law and etc:.)
