Guidelines for Industrial Training Report
The sequence for the report is as follows: Page Title page Certificate Acknowledgement Abstract Contents List of Figures List of Tables Nomenclature Main Report Conclusion Reference (Optional) (attach Xerox copy of certificate and show i ii iii iv v vi Starts with number onwards Page No.

original Copy Certificate while submitting Reports)

Prepare three different Microsoft word documents files which contain:

a) Front page (do not give page number)

b) Which starts from acknowledgement (give them page number in roman as given above)

c) Main content of your report starts from Introduction as chapter no.1 (starts with page number 1 onwards as shown above).

Typing criteria
A-4 size J K Bond Paper, printed on one side Margins 1 1.2 0.7 Spacing : 1.5 Font : 12 (Times New Roman) Justified lines Page numbers at right bottom of the page 0.8

EQUATIONS Equations must be written in Equation Editor format. Numbers must be written on extreme right of the paper. Equations must be centrally located on a page. FIGURES All figures to be numbered and drawn on A-4 size paper.

Every figure should have a caption below. (e.g. Figure Figure should be drawn using Auto CAD or trace.
