The effects and contributions of using alcoholic drinks and illegal drugs in the commission of crimes of juvenile delinquents.
If the transfer of juveniles in a prison together with adult offenders would lead the young offender to be a recidivist or one who makes a crime subsequently. It would help us determine on what to do with the youth and what programs to be conducted in order to lessen the crimes committed
