He has extensive knowledge of the financial services sector and of how businesses operate and the challenges they face. He understands and acts as an advocate for the benefits of implementing a cohesive CR strategy. This led naturally to work in corporate responsibility and sustainable development. Jacqui has also developed skills in human resources management, diversity and in managing wider cultural and societal issues. As a result, her clients are from a wide range of sectors including betting and gaming, hospitality, media, speciality finance, oil and gas, to transport and publishing. Previously, Peter was a managing director with FTSE Group and involved with FTSE4Good. Richard has had a widely varied career, including risk management and software development in high hazard industries. He enjoys applying the experience and knowledge he has gained from all this to the CR context, where the risks are different but no less real. Richard is fascinated by the business of communicating difficult concepts to varied groups of people. This often involves IT related matters and Richard's experience helps keep computers in their place. .................................................................. He is experienced in carbon management, agricultural supply chains and ethical sourcing. At Carbon Trust, he developed the process for engaging business units and suppliers to deliver high-level carbon strategies. Cadbury's human rights strategy (now a UN Global Compact case study). Later as a supply chain manager, Ken set up the 45m Cadbury Cocoa Partnership, leading to Fair Trade certification. Skilled at cross-sector partnerships, Ken believes that great ideas emerge when unlikely partners come together. .................................................................. Having graduated from the University of Leeds in 2009 with a degree in Environmental Sustainability, Holly's journey to Acona involved internships within the CR team at Home Retail Group and other CR consultancies. Holly's role is both unconventional and innovative, sharing her time supporting Acona on various projects, as well as working internally as the CR Executive at Experian Plc. The balance of working both inhouse at Experian and as a junior consultant at Acona is a challenging and enjoyable experience. Lucy joined the Acona team in October 2007 and provides behind-the-scenes financial and management support to the Partnership. With a background in financial accountancy, Lucy was admitted to Graduateship of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators in 2007, has wide-ranging experience in commercial and professional environments and has worked with the boards of FTSE100 companies. .................................................................. He works with media companies and looks after the Media CSR Forum. Nick joined Acona in November 2007, having previously worked for the National Trust in Cornwall on the Veryan Bay estate, gaining extensive conservation experience and insight into how a large charity works on the ground. Nick has worked in culturally and biologically diverse locations such as the Ecuadorian Amazon, involving work for AmaZOOnico, an electricityand hot water-deficient 1,500 hectare rainforest designated for animal re-introductions into the wild.

Matt arrived at Acona in January 2009. His work for Acona focuses on supply chain and forestry issues, CR Reporting and data management. He balances his passion for the environment and interest in different cultures and society with an

Francis joined Acona in 2010. After spending three years working in the financial services industry he decided to pursue his interest in the myriad challenges - particularly social, political and commercial - posed by climate change. Having completed an MSc in Environmental Technology at Imperial College London, focusing on global policy issues, he is now enjoying understanding and responding to the practical implications of environmental, social and ethical risk faced by the private sector.
