Today, Candidate Scott Dibbet will preach for us. Dear Congregation, the Dibbet family will be leaving our community
tomorrow. We have appreciated candidate Dibbets willingness to serve us with pulpit supply over the past many months. We commend our brother and his family to the mercies of the Lord as they leave to take up their responsibilities with our Lacombe Alberta FRC. If you would like to bid them a personal farewell they will be in the narthex immediately after this evenings service.

Next Sunday, Dr. David Murray will lead our worship services, D.V. We are in the process of putting together our church calendar for 2011
2012. A designated member of each society, club etc. should submit the events/meeting dates that are scheduled between September 1, 2011 and June 30, 2012. Situations may arise that these dates will change, however, this tool will enable us to avoid/address conflicting dates sooner. Please submit these schedules to Julie La Rocque by August 24. Thank you!

Dear visitors, we are glad you have been worshiping with us. It is our
conviction that everyone should join him or her-self to a church body - see Belgic Confession article 28. If you have been prayerfully considering becoming members of our congregation we invite you to participate in our series of new members classes to become better acquainted and prepare for a decision to become part of our church family. If this interests you please contact Dr. Jerry Bilkes who will conduct these classes this fall.

Family Camp - Please take a moment to fill out the survey in the back of
your camp folder and put it in Joel & Martha Markwat's mailbox. Your suggestions will help us as we make plans next year. - The Family Camp Committee
Be kindly affectioned one to another with brotherly love; in honour preferring one another;

With thankfulness to our Lord and King, we invite you to the ordination
and installation service of Candidate Scott Dibbet. This will take place DV 7:30 pm September 9, 2011 at Bethel CRC in Lacombe, AB. For those looking to make sleeping arrangements, you can contact the Greenway Inn at 403-782-7826 (located right in Lacombe).
