Lenin With reference to your application and subsequent interview with us, we are pleased to appoint you in our company from 2nd April 08 on the following terms and conditions : Designation Emoluments Basic Salary HRA Special Allowance Conveyance Allowance Total Responsibilities & Duties You shall perform such duties as assigned to you from time to time and observe and conform to such directions and instructions issued to you by the company or by such officers who are placed in authority above you. You will devote your entire time to the work of the Company and will not undertake any other direct/indirect business or work, honorary or remuneratory. You shall not give out to anyone, by word of mouth or otherwise, particulars or details of our business policies, administrative and/or organizational matter of a confidential and secret nature which may be your personal privilege to know by virtue of your being an employee of the company. During your employment with the company, it will be your duty to protect first and foremost the companys interest at all time. Your work in the organization will be subject to the rules and regulations of the organization as laid down in relation to conduct, discipline and other matters. You will always be alive to the responsibilities and duties attached to your position and conduct yourself accordingly. In view of your office, you must effectively perform to ensure results and you will be expected to work extra hours to achieve this whenever the job so requires. : General Manager - Sales & Marketing : : : : : Rs 20,000/- p.m. Rs 12,000/- p.m. Rs 7,200/- p.m. Rs 800/- p.m. Rs 40,000/- p.m.

Past Records : Your appointment is further subject to verification of your credentials, testimonials and other particulars furnished by you. You are required to submit photocopies of the following documents, when you report for duty. Please bring the original documents also for verification. a) b) Documentary evidence as proof of your date of birth. Documents to prove your educational and other technical qualifications, past experience, clearance certificate/relieving order from your earlier employers, if any etc. and Any document in support of your residential address.

In the absence of any satisfactory documentary evidence as proof of your date of birth, the age reported at the time of your appointment shall be considered to be your correct age. Leave As per rules of the company in force from time to time. Exclusiveness You shall be in the exclusive employment of the company and will not engage yourself alone or alongwith any other person in any other work or business conflicting with the interest of the company directly or indirectly. Transfer : You will be liable to be transferred in such capacity that the management may determine, to any other department, branch, Establishment, under the same management or same principals, whether existing or to be set up in future anywhere in India or overseas.In such cases, you will be governed by the terms and conditions of service applicable at the new placement. You can also be transferred to another firm or another company or in which this company has any interest, either financial or managerial, provided your total emoluments are not adversely affected. Confidentiality and Non Competition : You shall not enter into any commitments or dealings on behalf of the Company for which you have no express authority. You shall also not alter or be a party to any alteration of any principle or policy of the Company or exceed the authority and/or discretion vested in you from time to time without the previous written sanction of the Company.

You shall not divulge any confidential / privileged information that you may obtain during the discharge of your duties in the Company to any outside person whatsoever, except with the express permission of the Company. You will take all appropriate measures necessary to keep such confidential information from being disclosed to, or received by third parties. Your compensation package and structure is privileged information and is not to be disclosed by you to any person within the Company. You shall also likewise not attempt to obtain any information regarding the specific compensation of any other employee of the Company. Duty Hours As advised by the company from time to time You shall observe office timings/lunch/holidays/shifts working hours at any location/business of the company, as applicable and as instructed to you, from time to time in accordance with the needs and exigencies of work and the same are liable to be changed, for which you shall have no objections. Probation You shall be on probation for a period of 3 months. Your probation may be extended by another 3 months at the sole discretion of the management. Notice Period During the probation period, this contract of employment is terminable by 15 days notice on either side or on payment of 15 days salary in lieu of notice and either party is not bound to give any reason. After probation, this contract of employment is terminable by 30 days notice on either side or on payment of 30 days salary in lieu of notice and either party is not bound to give any reason. However, in the event your service is terminated for fraud, theft or withholding of any information in the Application form or for any other form of misconduct, notice pay will not be payable. Accumulated leave cannot be adjusted against notice period. The Management shall be competent to accept your (prospective ) resignation and to relieve you from service with immediate effect. Your resignation shall be effective as soon as it is accepted by the management. Management may, at its sole discretion, arrange to recover from your full and final dues, any amounts that you owe to the company.

Other Terms and Conditions : Your employment shall also be governed by Rules and Regulations laid down by the Management from time to time. It will be your responsibility to apprise yourself of the existing rules and regulations of the Company. The Company reserves the right at any time and without any prior notice, to make adjustments and vary the terms of employment as regards salary, allowance if any, location and territory towards the best interest of the Company and its personnel in the light of any condition that may prevail at any time. You shall at all times maintain regularity, punctuality in attendance, absolute integrity and do nothing which is unbecoming of an employee, leading to misconduct. Any violation of these norms of behaviour shall constitute misconduct, for which the Management or any of its officers shall be competent to take appropriate action against you. Please return the duplicate copy of this letter duly signed in token of your acceptance of the above terms and conditions.
