The TROX TV-HB heater banks provide electrical heating in order to condition supply air in commercial and industrial applications. The heater banks have been designed for easy installation on the rectangular ends of TROX VAV Terminal Boxes TVA-TVB. The heater banks are available with a range of heating capacities in order to suite the desired heating requirements with option of thermal insulation (mill board or breglass) and thermal cut-off device (auto or manual reset).

Heater Capacities In order to meet the desired requirements the range of TROX TV-HB heater banks is available with a range of different wiring schemes, each of which presented in the table below. Along with every heater bank, a full wiring diagram is supplied. Each heater bank is designed to be balanced across the phases All wiring terminates in an IP55 terminal box on the side (left or right) of the heater bank. Each terminal box has additional terminals for an overheat thermostat to be connected.

Overheat Thermostat For safety purposes the TROX TV-HB may be supplied with either an auto or manual overheat thermostat. Capillary thermostat with adjustable cut out (0-120C) either manual or automatic reset (240V, 20A) Surface mount thermostat with set cut out (65C) either manual or automatic reset ( 230V,16A)
