This Agreement shall constitute a contract whereby AGENT agrees to provide the following services to the CLIENT: Pre-Assessment of qualifications and advice CLIENT on registration pathways as a nurse / midwife in Australia. Assistance and advice in reformatting resume to Australian format Assistance and advice in interview preparation with prospective employers and bridging course providers. Assistance in completing requirements for registration to the Nursing &Midwifery Board of Australia. Assistance in sourcing and applying to bridging course providers. Assistance in visa documentation (Note: The AGENT cannot guarantee the grant of a visa for the CLIENT. The Australian Department of Immigration is the sole entity that decides) Arrange temporary accommodation in Australia. Meet & Greet at the airport by Host family if feasible, and overall assistance and advice to settling-in issues like; cultural orientation, opening a bank account, public transport and

getting around, food and shopping etc. ( Meet & Greet Service applicable only in Victoria, other States may attract additional fees and will be determined on a case to case basis ) Assistance in permanent job opportunities after obtaining registration. (Agent does NOT guarantee any JOB to the CLIENT but will assist with all the job opportunities available at the time the client obtains their nursing license in Australia. Current supply and demand forces will dictate the job market at a particular point in time.

OBLIGATIONS OF CLIENT: ALL INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE AGENT ARE CONSIDERED INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY OF THE AGENT AND MUST BE TREATED IN CONFIDENCE. Client is obligated NOT to divulge any information without the written consent of the agent. Client obliges to furnish AGENT with all the necessary documents required by the Nursing Regulatory Authorities, Bridging Course Providers, and Department of Immigration in a timely manner. Client further declares to submit only authentic documents.SUBMISSION OF SPURIOUS AND OR FALSIFIED DOCUMENTS IS A CRIME IN AUSTRALIA AND COVERS HEAVY PENALTIES AND FINES AND MAY INCLUDING VISA CANCELLATION BEING BANNED FROM COMING BACK TO AUSTRALIA. Client obliges to pay 5.0 SCHEDULE OF FEES of the AGENT and Client obliges to pay the following incidental fees and expenses NOT INCLUDED IN THE SCHEDULE OF FEES: o State Nursing Board Application for Registration fee o English Language review and testing fees if applicable o Bridging Course tuition fees o Overseas Health Insurance Cover o Visa application charges o Transportation Fares o Accommodation and other living costs while in Australia o Medical / Police Clearance fees o Courier charges in transmitting documents emanating from CLIENT o Other incidental fees levied by other institutions as the case may be. PERIOD OF AGREEMENT This Agreement shall commence on the effective date and shall remain in force until all the services promised by the AGENT are rendered in full to the CLIENT.

TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT If this Agreement is terminated by due cause, the CLIENT must pay any and all fees outstanding to the AGENT.

The following are the schedule of fees to be paid by the CLIENT: Registration Fee: $350.00 (If CLIENT does not qualify to the NMBA, a REFUND of Php P6,000.00 will be returned, English language requirement excepted) 1st Installment: Due after receipt of Nursing Board endorsement AUD$1,000.00 ($500.00 refunded if CLIENT does not qualify to any Bridging Course Provider) Due after receipt of LETTER OF OFFER From Bridging Course Provider Due after grant of Visa Due after obtaining Registration Due after start of work TOTAL FEES : AUD$2,000.00 AUD$1,500.00 AUD$500.00 AUD$500.00 AUD$5,850.00

INVOICING AND PAYMENT

Note: A late payment fee of 3% every 30 days will apply for unpaid invoices. 7.0 ASSIGNMENT

Neither Party may assign or transfer its right or obligations under This Agreement without prior written consent of the other Party. 8.0 FORCE MAJEURE

Both parties shall be released from their respective obligations in the event of national emergency war prohibitive governmental regulation or if any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the parties or either of them renders performance of this agreement impossible. 9.0 CONFIDENTIALITY OF INFORMATION

The CLIENT agrees not to divulge or communicate to any person, without the AGENTS prior written consent, any of the privileged information given by the AGENT to the CLIENT in whatever form. This restriction will continue to apply after the termination of this Agreement without limit in time. A BREACH OF THIS CONFIDENTIALITY CLAUSE WILL RESULT IN A COMPLAINT FILED WITH THE NMBA AND LEGAL ACTION IN AUSTRALIA 10.0 RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES

Any disputes arising out of or relating to this agreement-the parties agree to discuss the dispute with the aim of reaching an agreement that is acceptable to both parties. Otherwise, this Agreement shall be construed, executed and interpreted under the Laws of Australia. 11.0 ENTIRE AGREEMENT This Agreement constitute the entire agreement of the parties and no other writing or conversation shall be considered as part of This Agreement unless evidenced by written agreement by both parties subsequent to the execution of This Agreement.
