Introduction
The company that I have taken to make a research proposal is Jamuna Bank Ltd. Jamuna Bank Ltd., the new generation private commercial was established by a group of winning local entrepreneurs conceiving an idea of creating a model banking institution with different outlook to offer the valued customers, a comprehensive range of financial services and innovative products for sustainable mutual growth and prosperity. The Bank is being managed and operated by a group of highly educated and professional team with diversified experience in finance and banking. The Management of the bank constantly focuses on understanding and anticipating customers needs. The bank gives special on Export, Import, Tread Finance, SME and Retail Credit to woman entrepreneurs. Jamuna Bank provide clientele services in respect of International Trade it has established wide correspondent banking relationship with local and foreign banks covering major trade and financial centers at home abroad. Expert employee is an important tool for their success. But Jamuna Bank loses some experience employees every year which may effect in their service. This research is aimed to reveal these variables and their level of influence on the frequent turnover of employee. A nine point Likert scale was used to prepare the questionnaire and analyze the result. Existing Employees of Jamuna Bank Ltd. Will be considered as the population to be eligible to participate in the survey. A non-probabilistic convenient sampling method will be followed. Data will be analyzed using two techniques: Multiple regression Discriminant analysis
Specific Objectives
Reviewing current cause from all the accessible sources Identify the causes of turnover. Developing an appropriate program to prevent turnover.
