La situacin socio-econmica actual nos lleva a elaborar un programa que contempla una serie de actuaciones y medidas cuyo centro es el ciudadano afectado por una multitud de problemas. Es nuestro deseo que la actuacin municipal est encaminada a emplear todos los recursos disponibles para responder a las situaciones que presenta esta coyuntura actual. Nuestro compromiso es dar una respuesta clara: Buen funcionamiento del Ayuntamiento con todos sus servicios, con especial atencin a los servicios sociales y de empleo. El esfuerzo de los componentes de esta candidatura es y ser firme y constante en la defensa de los intereses y necesidades de nuestros vecinos. Por eso pedimos tu ayuda y apoyo. EDUCACIN
UN COMPROMISO PRESENTE PARA CONSTRUIR UN FUTURO Continuaremos con nuestro apoyo econmico para aquellos que lo necesiten en su desarrollo acadmico, otorgando becas. Continuaremos realizando las actividades educativas que impulsan el desarrollo individual y colectivo. Ejemplo de esto es la Escuela de Verano, EPA, mayores de 25 aos, cursos de Valenciano, Informtica. Mantendremos nuestro apoyo a la realizacin de cursos de formacin profesional para adultos. Construccin y adecuacin del colegio de primaria Prncipe de Espaa. Durante la legislatura 2007 2011, con gobierno PP-GRIP la Conselleria de Educacin ha aprobado todo el expediente: la solicitud, el proyecto bsico y de ejecucin , la direccin de obra, la aprobacin del proyecto con un presupuesto de 4.837.774 euros y la licitacin de la obra. Se han presentado 32 empresas y se encuentra pendiente de adjudicacin a una de ellas. Construccin del nuevo Colegio Pblico N 2. La Conselleria de Educacin ha elegido una parcela de propiedad municipal de 25.000 m en la Urbanizacin de Ciudad Quesada, para construir centros de Infantil, Primaria y Secundaria. En el ao 2010 se publica en el diario oficial de la Unin Europea la licitacin de la redaccin del proyecto y la direccin de obra. Se han presentado 29 equipos de arquitectos. La construccin de un Parque Infantil para la Educacin de los nios en Seguridad Vial.

JUVENTUD Y DEPORTES
UN COMPROMISO CON TODOS Y PARA TODOS Se continuar con el desarrollo de actividades deportivas, en particular el deporte base como objetivo prioritario. Seguiremos apoyando los grupos deportivos y asociaciones con polticas activas para impulsar el desarrollo de nuestra juventud y sus familias. Desde el Centro de Informacin Juvenil y a travs de las redes sociales haremos llegar nuestras iniciativas, hacindolas as extensivas a la gran mayora de nuestros vecinos. Mantendremos y ampliaremos nuestra relacin con entidades deportivas y organismos oficiales para as extender nuestra oferta deportiva. Con esta iniciativa se vern favorecidos el Ftbol, Balonmano, Gimnasia, Ciclismo, Petanca, Colombicultura, Tiro Olmpico, Tenis, etc.

CULTURA, FIESTAS Y TURISMO

AMPLIAR NUESTROS VALORES CULTURALES, FESTEROS Y TURSTICOS A TRAVS DE LA INCLUSIN Y LA PARTICIPACIN Trabajaremos para hacer de las festividades un vehculo de participacin e integracin. Nuevas actividades culturales en nuestros centros culturales municipales sern incentivadas para as llegar a la mayora de nuestros vecinos. Buscaremos la participacin en distintos niveles: en certmenes de Corales, Teatro, Novela, etc. Seguiremos promoviendo los recursos de inters local, mejorando las instalaciones, acceso, paisaje y todo aquello que haga placentero su uso. Las Cuevas del Rodeo, Museo de la Huerta, etc son ejemplos de esta iniciativa. Implantaremos un Plan de Desarrollo Turstico para incentivar el conocimiento de nuestra cultura y su paisaje.

SANIDAD Y MEDIO AMBIENTE

LA IMPORTANCIA DE LA SALUD Y EL RESPETO A NUESTRO ENTORNO Campaas de vacunacin y mdico-sanitarias Campaas sanitarias infantiles Ante el problema creciente de escasez de agua, seguiremos apoyando el Plan Hidrolgico Nacional, incluido el trasvase del Ebro, estando abiertos a otras soluciones razonables. Campaas sobre el uso racional del agua y de la energa. Continuaremos realizando y mejorando las campaas de desinfeccin, desinfectacin y desratizacin. Aprobado, financiado y prximo a comenzar el Vallado del Parque Botnico Lo Marab, continuaremos con el citado proyecto. El rio Segura ha sido, es y ser objetivo fundamental de nuestra actuacin medioambiental: un corredor verde en sus mrgenes, zonas recreativas, limpieza y mantenimiento, calidad de las aguas. Promoveremos campaas que divulguen las atenciones que necesiten los animales de compaa y la limpieza de la va pblica (Ordenanzas). Apoyo a las instalaciones de nuevas fuentes de energa (placas solares). Control de vertidos de basura, vallado y limpieza de solares. Medidas para que nuestro municipio continu limpio: contenedores, puntos limpios, campaas de concienciacin, eco parque. Mejoras en el Parque el Recorral y en las numerosas zonas verdes de nuestro municipio, seguirn siendo objetivo fundamental de nuestro trabajo. Continuaremos con el compromiso de reduccin de CO2, gas nocivo para el medio ambiente y que se rubric en Bruselas conocindose como Pacto de Alcaldes.

AGRICULTURA, COMERCIO E INDUSTRIA

NUESTRO APOYO PRESENTE A LOS PROYECTOS DE FUTURO Promover el uso de la Oficina Municipal de Informacin al Consumidor (OMIC). Informar e incentivar el uso de la Agencia para el Fomento de la Innovacin Comercial (AFIC) para asesorar, promocionar, ayudar con las iniciativas y sus trmites. Continuaremos con nuestro apoyo al comercio local a travs de las Jornadas Gastronmicas, Tapeo por Rojales, Mercadillo de Navidad, Feria de Comercio y Turismo en conjunto con las asociaciones ACR y ASEPIB. Profesionalizar el servicio al consumidor a travs de la formacin para hacer de Rojales un centro de excelencia en la calidad de atencin al cliente. Daremos un nuevo impulso al Mercado de Abastos como centro de comercio e informacin. Una de nuestras prioridades ser mantener la colaboracin con el Juzgado Privativo de Aguas, la defensa de los riegos tradicionales con agua de calidad, prestar los servicios requeridos por los agricultores, apoyando al sector agrcola de nuestra localidad.

BIENESTAR SOCIAL
El objetivo bsico de nuestro programa es garantizar el bienestar social de todos los ciudadanos, facilitando el acceso a los recursos y prestaciones sociales que tengan derecho, fomentando as el bienestar social y mejora de la calidad de vida de los ciudadanos. Nuestra actuacin se dar en los siguientes sectores de la poblacin: Tercera edad y discapacitados Familia y Menores Mujer Salud Mental Drogodependencias Inmigracin Buscaremos apoyo privado para la construccin de una residencia de la Tercera Edad. Seguiremos apoyando a las ONG que ayudan al bienestar de nuestros ciudadanos.

OBRAS PBLICAS Y URBANISMO

Seguiremos renovando bordillos, aceras y asfaltos en distintas zonas del trmino municipal. Continuaremos mejorando la iluminacin, los accesos, el ajardinamiento, las redes de agua y de saneamiento en varias zonas del municipio. Soterramiento de las lneas telefnicas y elctricas en las zonas urbanas. Acondicionamiento y eliminacin de barreras arquitectnicas para facilitar el acceso a los peatones. La prxima construccin de un Centro Municipal, aprobado y financiado, en terrenos colindantes con el Ayuntamiento permitir el traslado del Juzgado de Paz y Juzgado de Aguas a nuevas dependencias. Realizaremos la 2 fase de la rehabilitacin del Parque Museo Carmen Jimnez Esteve. Aprobado y financiado el proyecto de Terminal de Transporte, la construccin comenzar prximamente. Aprobado el plan de movilidad, se comenzar a solicitar subvenciones para la restitucin del transporte urbano. Construccin de panteones en la ampliacin del cementerio. Urbanizacin del Plan Parcial de Heredades. Gestionar y planificar la circunvalacin Este con nuevo puente en el rio Segura, uniendo la carretera de Guardamar con la rotonda de Pueblo Lucero.

EMPLEO Y DESARROLLO LOCAL

CREANDO NUEVAS OPORTUNIDADES PARA TODOS Desde el equipo de gobierno, impulsaremos un mayor nivel de crecimiento ocupacional, mejorando la insercin laboral a travs de la formacin, orientacin y asesoramiento de los desempleados. El rea de empleo y desarrollo local a travs de su ADL se consolida tras la experiencia de 16 aos de trabajo por y para los ciudadanos de Rojales. Se ampliarn los servicios de la Web de Desarrollo Local respondiendo a las necesidades de los usuarios. Informacin y asesoramiento a emprendedores de nuevas y antiguas empresas, ofreciendo estos servicios en forma amplia a quien los soliciten. Asesoraremos a las PYMES en el fomento del empleo e insercin laboral de personas con discapacidad y otros colectivos sociales. Realizaremos programas de asesoramiento para la bsqueda de empleo. Fomentaremos las nuevas tecnologas, impartiendo cursos online, permitiendo a cualquier ciudadano el acceso a nuevas tecnologas de informtica.

ADMINISTRACIN, HACIENDA Y PATRIMONIO

POR UNA GESTIN RESPONSABLE EN BENEFICIO DE TODOS Ahora ms que nunca, la gestin de recursos pblicos debe hacerse con responsabilidad y teniendo en cuenta la situacin econmica que vivimos, de forma que nuestros ciudadanos perciban nuestro compromiso no solo de trabajo transparente y eficaz, sino tambin de servicio y cercana al ciudadano, as como la garanta a la hora de priorizar necesidades. Una administracin digital ms activa, gil, eficaz y moderna, accesible al ciudadano. Acercamiento del ciudadano a la gestin municipal a travs de la Carpeta Ciudadana la cual permite al ciudadano tramitar documentacin sin necesidad de desplazarse al Ayuntamiento. Continuaremos dotando a la administracin local de los recursos necesarios para garantizar una labor mas efectiva en las prestaciones de los servicios pblicos. Seguiremos fomentando y promoviendo la pgina Web del Ayuntamiento para que sirva como una oficina de acercamiento al ciudadano. Las inversiones se efectuarn en funcin de aportaciones de la Diputacin de Alicante, la Comunidad Valenciana, la Administracin Central y la Unin Europea.

POLICA Y SEGURIDAD CIUDADANA

Construccin de una nueva Jefatura de Polica Local que sustituya a la actual, dotada de equipamientos y dotaciones necesarias para la eficaz prestacin de los servicios policiales y una adecuada atencin al ciudadano. Renovacin del Parque Mvil de la Polica Local, priorizando la adquisicin de vehculos funcionales y no contaminantes. Establecimiento de un protocolo de Colaboracin entre la Polica Local y los comercios y empresas de esta localidad, con la finalidad de asistirles y auxiliarles en todo aquello que requiera la actuacin policial. Mejorar la seguridad con aumento de controles policiales y un mayor acercamiento al ciudadano. Estrechar la colaboracin con las diferentes reas Municipales para resolver los problemas del ciudadano. Revisin de los Planes de Actuacin y Evacuacin en Emergencias, fundamentalmente en Centros Escolares y de 3 Edad. Solicitar al Ministerio del Interior la creacin de una dotacin permanente de la Guardia Civil en Rojales. Continuar con las Campaas de Sensibilizacin y Educacin Vial en los Centros Escolares y ampliarlas a otros colectivos ciudadanos. Formar a la Polica Local para una correcta actuacin ante una sociedad multicultural y plurilingustica como la de Rojales. Creacin de una pgina Web de la Polica Local, que informe al ciudadano de temas relacionados con su seguridad y as estableciendo un mecanismo de comunicacin. Estrechar los lazos de colaboracin con las diferentes asociaciones ciudadanas involucradas en la seguridad, especialmente con la entidad Vecinos Cooperando (Neighbourhood Watch)

The present social- economic climate faced by our community has led us to develop a programmed that contemplates a series of measures which will serve to assist people in difficulty during this difficult and challenging period. It is our intention that this municipality employs all available resources to respond to the demands presented by the current economic climate and provide a clear path to achieve this aim: to ensure the effective management of local authority resources with particular attention awarded to social services and employment. The effort and commitment employed by this candidature will be wholly devoted to providing services for all members of our community, and defending local interests above all. EDUCATION
BUILDING A BETTER FUTURE We will continue to support economically those in need of funding for their educational development through the offering of grants. We will continue to offer educational programmes and activities available for all members of the community. Examples of these include the Summer school, EPA (adult education), 25s and over, Valencian language classes and IT courses. We will continue to support and fund adult educational classes for further development across a wide range of areas. The construction and equipping of the Principe de Espaa primary school for Rojales. During the 2007 2011 legislature, the PP - Grip mayoral authority initiated the project, that was approved by the Valencian Authorities, these included the approval of the planning, assigned the site , and agreed to fund the development with a budget of 4.837.774 Euros. The project is now a tender stage, with 32 firms bidding for the execution of the contract. The decision on the service provider is to be taken soon. The construction of the new N2 Public School to which a plot of land of 25.000 m2 has been assigned within the ciudad Quesada development to house the nursery, primary and secondary buildings. 2010 saw the official publication by the EU of the Project and Planning requirements. 29 teams of architects have presented plans. To built a Park for the education of children in road safety.

YOUTH AND SPORT

A COMPROMISE WITH ALL AND FOR ALL We will continue to develop sporting activities for the community, particularly the sport for children. We will support sports clubs and associations to help develop our youth and families. We will utilize the youth information centre and social media to publicize our initiatives, reaching out to the wider community. We will maintain and build on our already extensive relationships with official organizations and government with a view to extending our sport offering in Football, Handball, Gymnastic, Cicling, Petanca. Tennis, Colombicultura, Olimpic Shooting.

CULTURAL EVENTS AND TOURISM

TO WIDEN CULTURAL VALUES AND TOURIST OFFERING THROUGH PARTICIPATION AND INCLUSION We will work to ensure that local festivities and celebrations are a vehicle for community participation and integration. Cultural activities will continue to be organized with a view to attracting the great majority of local residents via different mediums; theatre, choir, literature and music. We will continue to upgrade local facilities, improving installations, access and scenery. The Rodeo Caves and Huerta Museum are examples of this initiative. We will implement a Tourist Development Plan to encourage a greater awareness of local culture, customs and sites of interest and natural beauty.

AGRICULTURE, COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY

OUR PRESENT SUPPORT TO FUTURE PROJECTS Promote the use of Municipal Office of Consumer Information (OMIC) Inform and encourage the community to consult the Commercial Innovation and Development Agency (AFIC). AFICs remit is to aid, promote and consult on business initiatives and administration. Continue to support local business through the Commerce and Tourism trade fair, Tapeo for Rojales event, Food events and fairs, in conjunction with the ACR and ASEPIB. To train the service sector to provide an efficient and a fair service to the customer, making Rojales a center of excellence. We will give a new impetus to the Mercado de Abastos as a center of commerce and information. One of our priority is going to be the maintenance of a strong collaboration with the Juzgado Privativo de Aguas, to protect the traditional forms of irrigation with quality water, supporting the agricultural business in our locality.

SOCIAL WELLBEING
The basic objective of our programme is to secure the social wellbeing of all the residents in Rojales and to support the quality of life of our residents. We will concentrate our work in the following areas: Pensioners and disabled people. Families and Children Women Mental Health Drug dependency Immigration We will find funding for building a pensioners residence. We will continue to support the ONG that contribute to the wellbeing of our residents.

HEALTH AND ENVIRONMENT

THE IMPORTANCE OF HEALTH AND A RESPECT FOR OUR LOCAL ENVIRONMENT. Conduct vaccination campaigns as part of a Project to improve community health awareness. Specific health campaigns for children. Facing the continued and growing water shortage problem, we will continue to support the National Plan Hidrologico, including the Ebro trasvase whilst being open to other measures and formulas to upgrade water supplies. Conduct awareness campaigns regarding the misuse of water and encourage the reduction in energy waste. Execute and enhance campaigns to sanitize and disinfect areas of industrial waste to ensure public safety. We have gained approval and funding for fencing the Lo Marabu botanic gardens. Continue and enhanced the work already commenced on regeneration of the Rio Segura and surrounding areas, which will be the centre of our environmental improvements to the local area. This would include the creation of a green corridor to run along the riverbank, recreational areas bordering the river, regular cleaning and measurement of water quality and cleanliness. We will promote campaigns to inform the public of the needs to look after their pets and cleanliness of the street in Rojales. Support the installation of alternative energy sources (solar panels). Employ effective control of waste, maintenance and fencing of land plots. Utilize measures to promote and secure the cleanliness of surrounding areas: containers, green and litter free areas, conduct awareness campaigns and build and eco-park. Improving the Parque Recorral alongside the numerous green areas within the municipality will remain a key part of our environment strategy. We will expand on our commitment to reduce CO2 gas emissions as outlined by Brussels within the Municipality Pact.

PUBLIC WORK AND TOWN PLANNING

We will improve kerbs, pavement and asphalt in different areas of the Municipal boundaries. We will continue improving the lighting, the road access, the landscape and the water network in different municipal areas. To bury telephone lines and electrical power cables in the urban areas. The removal and improvement of architectural barriers to improve the pedestrian access. The building of a new Municipal Centre, already approved and finance, in land next to the Town Hall. This will enable the Juzgado de Paz and Juzgado of Waters to be located centrally in Rojales. We will start the second phase of the restoration of the Park-Museum Carmen Jimnez Esteve. Approve and finance the Transport Station project. The construction will start soon. The local transport project has being approved. The next stage is to request a subsidy to finance the project. Building of burial places in the extension of the cemetery. Work on the infrastructure of Heredades basic project. To negotiate and plan the East ring road with a new bridge over the Segura River, joining the Guardamar road with the Pueblo Lucero roundabout.

POLICE AND CITIZEN SECURITY

Building of a new headquarters for the Police. Equip and staff according to the present needs and provide a suitable response to the citizens. To renew the Police vehicle fleet, giving preferences to low emissions vehicles. To establish a Protocol of collaboration between the Local Police and commerce, to provide support in any situation that the police is required. To improve the citizens security with an increase number of police patrols and to develop a better relationship between the police and the public. To improve the collaboration between all departments of the Town Hall to help address the problem reported by residents. Revision of the town hall emergency response and evacuation during a crisis. Particularly schools and pensioners. To request to the Interior Minister the creation of a permanent headquarter of the Guardia Civil in Rojales. To continue with the road safety campaigns in the educational centres and extended to other social groups. To educate the Local Police for a correct response to the demands of a multiracial and multilingual society. The creation of a Web page of the Local Police to inform the citizen of local security themes and establishing a communication channel for the individual. To improve the collaboration links with different citizen organizations, particularly with Vecinos Cooperando (Neighbourhood Watch).

ADMINISTRATION, TREASURY AND HERITAGE

FOR A RESPONSIBLE MANAGEMENT OF RESOURCES FOR THE BENEFITS OF ALL Now more than ever, management of public resources is a serious matter. Giving the present economic situation, our response must be one of commitment, transparency and a pledge to provide the best possible answer to our problems. We will work to prioritize general needs in terms of the individual, careful scrutiny of the resources available and the needs of all citizen. A digital administration, more effective, agile, efficient and modern, accessible to everyone. A citizen approach to the municipal work through the Carpeta Ciudadana. This will allowed the individual to deal with bureaucratic steps online without the need to attend the municipal offices. We will continue with the provision of adequate resources to the local administration to guarantee a more effective public performance. We will continue promoting the web page of the Town Hall. Future investment will depends on the contributions of the Diputacion of Alicante, the Valencian Community, the Central Administration and the European Union.

EMPLOYMENT AND LOCAL DEVELOPMENT

TO CREATE NEW OPPORTUNITIES FOR ALL. The government team will work to produce the conditions for greater employment opportunities, improving the unemployed training, to guide and advise in their search for a job. The ADL office, with 16 years of experience will continue to support the needs of the Rojaless public. The web of Local Development will broaden their service in answer to the needs of the user. Counsel and information to new entrepreneurs and old businesses. We will provide advice to PYMES on the employment of individuals with disabilities and other special groups. We will produce programs for and advice for job search. We will support the introduction of new technologies, giving courses on line, allowing any citizen to have access to new computer technology.

EINLEITUNG
Die wirtschaftliche Situation in der wir leben, hat uns dazu angetrieben ein Programm zusammen zustellen, in der der Brger mit seinen verschiedenen Problemen im Mittelpunkt steht. Wir werden mit allen uns zur Verfgung stehenden Mitteln passende Massnahmen ergreifen, um auf diese schwierige Wirtschaftsituation angemessen zu reagieren. Unsere Verpflichtung ist eine gut funktionierende Gemeindeverwaltung, offen und nah fr alle sowie mit den Schwerpunkten Arbeit und Soziales. Die Bestrebung unserer Kandidatur ist, die Interessen und Bedrfnisse unserer Mitbrger dauerhaft und unverzglich auszufhren und zu vertreten. Wir brauchen daher ihre Untersttzung und ihre Stimme. BILDUNG
ENGAGEMENT FR DIE ZUKUNFT Wir werden weiterhin finanzielle Untersttzung fr die schulische Bildung leisten. Wir werden das akademische Programm weiterhin anbieten und ausbreiten. EPA, Schuluntericht ab 25 Jahren, Sommerschule, Valenciano, Informatik. Ausbildung und Weiterbildung fr Erwachsene sind weiterhin ein Schwerpunkt. Konstruktion und Erffnung der Grundschule Principe de Espaa. Whrend der PPGrip Legislaturperiode 2007 2011 ist von der valencianischen Landesregierung dieses Schulprojekt vollstndig genehmigt worden. Das Grundprojekt, die Ausfhrung, die Verabschiedung des Kostenvoranschlages von 4.837.774 und die Ausschreibung. 32 Bauunternehmen haben sich derzeit prsentiert, aktuell wird einer davon ausgewhlt. Konstruktion einer zweiten Schule. Die valencianische Landesregierung hat dem Projekt bereits zugestimmt und ein stdtisches Grundstck von 25.000 m2 im Stadtteil von Ciudad Quesada ausgewhlt, um Vor und Grundschule und eine Oberstufe zu bauen. JUGEND UND SPORT

ENGAGEMENT VON ALLEN FR ALLE Angebote verschiedener sportlicher Aktivitten, mit der Prioritt den Kindern Sport zu vermitteln. Weiterhin untersttzen wir Sportvereine und Clubs fr die sportliche Entwicklung unserer Kinder und Familien. Das Jugendinfozentrum stellt seinen Terminkalender in den sozialen Netzwerken bereit. Weiterhin werden wir eng mit den ffentlichen Sportverbnden und Organen zusammenarbeiten, um das sportliche Angebot weiter auszubauen. KULTUR UND FESTE

AUSBAU UND KENNENLERNEN UNSERER KULTUR, FESTE, TURISMUS INTEGRIEREN UND MITMACHEN Wir arbeiten dafr, dass die Fiestas ein Band der Partizipation und Integration werden. Wir werden alte und neue kulturelle Aktivitten in unseren Kulturzentren fr alle Mitbrger in den verschiedenen Bereichen vorstellen: Chor Wettbewerbe, Theater, Romane schreiben ect. Unser turistisches Angebot werden wir kontinuierlich erweitern, verbessern, sowie die Zugnglichkeit vereinfachen und die Natur bercksichtigen, damit sie von Jedermann genutzt werden kann. Die Hhlen von Rodeo und das Landesmuseum sind einige Beispiele dieser Initiative. Fr die Frderung unserer Kultur und Landschaft werden wir einen turistischen Entwicklungsplan aufstellen.

GESUNDHEITSWESEN UND UMWELTSCHUTZ

DIE BEDEUTUNG DER GESUNDHEIT UND RESPEKT AN DER NATUR Impfung und Vorbeugekampagnen. Medizinische Kampagnen fr Kinder. Wegen des schwerwiegenden Problemes der Wasserknappheit, werden wir weiterhin den Plan Hidrologico national und die Kanalverbindung zwischen dem Ebro und Rio Segura untersttzen. Fr Anregungen sowie fr vernnftige Lsungen dieses Problems sind wir jeder Zeit offen. Kampagnen ber Wasser- und Energieverbrauch. Weiterhin fhren wir Plagenkontrollen und Schdlingsbekmpfung durch. Genehmigt, finanziert und bald ausgefhrt. Umzunung des Botanischen Gartens Lo Marabu. Der Fluss Rio Segura war, ist und wird immer unsere Aufmerksamkeit haben: Flusspromenade, Erholungzonen, Reinigung und Wartung, Wasserqualitt. Ausfhrung von Tierschutzkampagnen sowie Suberung der Brgersteige. (lokale Verordnung) Befrwortung der Installationen neuer Energien. (Solaranlagen) Kontrolle des Abfallaufkommens, Umzunung und Reinigung von Grundstcken. Einfhrung von Massnahmen fr die Sauberkeit in unserer Stadt: Mllcontainer, Altglas- und Papiersammelstellen, Sensibilisierungs kampagnen, Mllablagerungsplatz. Vebesserungen im Recorall und in den vielen Grn- und Parkanlagen stehen als Schwerpunkt auf dem Programm. Wir stehen zu unserem Wort das CO2, gesundheitsschdliche Gase fr die Umwelt, zu reduzieren, wie es in Brssel unter dem Namen Pacto de Alcaldes (Abmachung der Brgermeister) vereinbart wurde.

UNSERE UNTERSTTZUNG VON HEUTE FR MORGEN Promovierung der Verbraucherschutzzentrale im Rathaus (OMIC) Information und Einfhrung des Bros (AFIC) Agentur fr die Einfhrung von Business Innovation, Untersttzung, Promotion, Hilfe von Initiativen und deren Bearbeitung. Fortlaufende Untersttzung fr unseren Einzelhandel und der Gastronamie durch verschiedene Aktivitten wie: Gastronomiewoche, Tapas in Rojales, Weihnachtsmarkt, Einzelhandels und Tourismusmesse, zusammen mit den Einzelhandels- und Industrieverbnden der Gemeinde. Profesionalisierung des Kundenservice, durch Fortbildungskurse um aus Rojales ein vorbildliche Stadt mit excelentem Kundenservice zu presentieren. Der Markthalle werden wir einen neuen Impuls als Einkaufs- und Informationszentrum geben. Prioritt wird die Zusammenarbeit zwischen dem Rathaus und dem Wasseramt sein. Wir untersttzen nachhaltig die traditionelle Bewsserung unserer Felder mit qualitativem Wasser, arbeiten Hand in Hand mit den Bauern und untersttzen die Landwirtschaft im Ort in allen Bereichen.

SOZIALER WOHLSTAND
Das Hauptziel unseres Wahlprogramms ist, den sozialen Wohlstand fr alle Brger zu garantieren, den Zugang zu den Ressoursen und Hilfsquellen die ihnen zustehen, zu vereinfachen, um so den Wohlstand und die Lebensqualitt jedes einzelnen Brgers zu frdern. STDTEBAUAMT
Ausbau und Verbesserung von Brgersteigen und Strassen in den verschiedenen Stadtteilen der Gemeinde. Weiterhin geben wir das Augenmerk auf die Verbesserung der stdtischen Beleuchtung, Strassenzugngen, Grtnerei, Kanalisation und Sanierung verschiedener Zonen der Gemeinde. Unterirdische Verlegung der Telefon- und Stromleitungen. Verbesserungsarbeiten fr Fussgnger im Strassenverkehr. Genehmigung und Finanzierung fr ein neues ffentliches Gebude auf dem Grundstck neben dem Rathaus. So kann der Umzug fr den Friedens- und Wasserrichter erfolgen. Durchfhrung der zweiten Phase des Wiederaufbaus des neuen Museums Carmen Jimnez Esteve. Genehmigung und Finanzierung der Konstruktion eines Busterminals. Der Bau beginnt umgehend. Genehmigung fr das Projekt des stdtischen Busverkehrs, es werden Wege fr die Finanzierung durch Subventionen gesucht. Ausbau des Friedhofes in dem neueren, oben liegenden Bereich. Reparzelierung und Urbanisierung in Heredades. Planung einer Umfhrung am Ostende des Rio Segura, Verbindung der Guardamar Schnellstrasse mit dem Kreisverkehr in Pueblo Lucero.

VERWALTUNG, FINANZEN UND STDTISCHE GEBUDE

EINE VERANTWORTLICHE VERWALTUNG MIT NUTZEN FR ALLE In Zeiten wie dieser schwierigen Wirtschaftslage, ist die Gemeinde mehr als jeh zuvor in der Verantwortung. Transparenz und Zuverlssigkeit zu bieten und dem Brger Dienstleistungen und Brgernhe zu vermitteln. Eine digitale Verwaltung, die aktiv, agil, zuverlssig, modern und nah am Brger ist. Vereinfachte Erledigung von Amtsgngen durch die (carpeta ciudadana) Brgerakte, in der Dokumente ber das Internet von zu Hause aus angefordert werden knnen. Wir werden alle notwenigen Mittel zur Verfgung stellen, damit ein reibungsloser Ablauf der ffentlichen Dienstleistungen in der Gemeinde gewhrleistet ist. Weiterhin frdern und bewerben wir unsere Website vom Rathaus, die den Brger aktuell informiert und somit dem Rathaus nher bringt. Die Informationen bekommen wir von dem Alicanter Kreisamt, der Landesverwaltung Valencias, dem Staat und der europischen Union.

POLIZEI UND BRGERSCHUTZ

Konstruktion einer neuen adquaten Polizeistation, Anschaffung neuer Ausrstung damit die Polizei eine einwandfreie Arbeit fr die Sicherheit unsere Mitbrger leisten kann. Neuanschaffung eines Fuhrparks der lokalen Polizei, mit Sicht auf funktionelle und umweltfreundliche Fahrzeuge. Einfhrung eines Protokolls fr die Zusammenarbeit zwischen Polizei und Einzelhandel oder anderen Unternehmen der Gemeinde. Verbesserung der Sicherheit durch mehr Polizeiprsenz und Brgernhe. Enge Zusammenarbeit in der Gemeinde, um die verschiedenen Nachbarschaftsprobleme zu lsen. Revision der Feuer- und Notfallschutzplne, vor allem in den Schulen und Residenzen. Anfrage an das Innenministerium fr ein eigenes Guardia Civil Presidium in Rojales. Weitere Ausfhrung von Verkehrssicherheits - Kampagnen in den Schulen und anderen Vereinen der Gemeinde. Schulung der Polizisten fr ein tadelloses Benehmen in einer multikulturellen und vielsprachigen Stadt wie Rojales. Erstellung einer Website, in der der Brger sich informieren und direkt mit der Polizei komunizieren kann. Feste Zusammenarbeit zwischen den verschiedenen Vereinen im Bereich Sicherheit und der lokalen Polizei, speziell mit dem eingetragenen Verein Nachbarschaftshilfe (Neighbourhood Watch).

KREATION NEUER MGLICHKEINTEN FR ALLE Seitens der Stadtregierung geben wir Impulse fr die Berufssuche, verbesserte Chancen durch Fort- und Weiterbildung auf dem Arbeitsmarkt und Hilfestellung bei der Stellensuche. Unsere Arbeitsbrse und das Brgeramt arbeiten seit 16 Jahren erfolgreich fr die Brger von Rojales. Erweiterung der Stdtischen Website unter Mithilfe der Benutzer und deren Bedrfnissen. Information und Beratung fr Jungunternehmer und etablierte Firmen. Beratung fr Klein- und mittelstndische Unternehmen bei der Arbeitnehmersuche, Personaleinstellung von Behinderten oder anderen Personen. Wir erstellen Programme fr Arbeitsbeschaffung. Wir frdern die neuen Technologien, bieten Onlinekurse, damit jeder Brger diese neuen Technologien nutzen kann.

UN ENGAGEMENT PRSENT POUR CONSTRUIRE UN AVENIR Nous continuerons avec notre appui conomique pour ceux qui en auront besoin pour leur dveloppement acadmique, en leurs octroyant des bourses. Nous continuerons de raliser des activits ducatives qui poussent le dveloppement individuel et collectif. Un exemple de cela est lcole dt, EPA, pour plus de 25 ans, des cours de Valencien, lInformatique. Nous maintiendrons notre appui la ralisation professionnelle de stages de formation pour adultes. La construction et ladquation de lcole primaire le Prince de lEspagne. Durant la lgislature 2007 - 2011, avec gouvernement PP-GRIP la Conselleria dEducation a approuv tout le dossier : la demande, le projet basique et la mise en marche, la matrise duvre, lapprobation du projet avec un budget de 4.837.774 euros et lappel doffres du chantier. Il y a 32 entreprises qui se sont prsentes et le chantier na pas encore t adjug. La construction du nouveau Collge Public N 2. La Conselleria dEducation a choisi une parcelle de proprit municipale de 25.000 m dans lUrbanisation de Ciudad Quesada, pour construire des coles enfantines, Primaire et Secondaire. En 2010 se publie dans le journal officiel de lUnion Europenne lappel doffres de la rdaction du projet et de la matrise duvre. Il y a 29 quipes darchitectes qui se sont prsentes. UN ENGAGEMENT AVEC TOUS ET POUR TOUS On continuera avec le dveloppement dactivits sportives, en particulier le sport de base comme objectif prioritaire. Nous continuerons dappuyer les groupes sportifs et les associations avec des politiques actives pour impulser le dveloppement de notre jeunesse et de leurs familles. Depuis le Centre dInformation Juvnile et travers les rseaux sociaux nous transmettrons nos initiatives, en les faisant accessibles la grande majorit de nos voisins. Nous maintiendrons et agrandirons notre relation avec les entes sportives et des organismes officiels pour ainsi tendre notre offre sportive. Le Rio Segura a t, est et sera un objectif fondamental de notre comportement environnemental : un chemin habilit dans ses marges, zones rcratives, propret et maintien de la qualit des eaux. Promouvoir des campagnes qui divulgue les attentions qui ont besoin les animaux de compagnie et la propret de la route publique. LAppui aux installations de nouvelles sources dnergie (des plaques solaires). Le Contrle de rejets dordures, de clture et la propret de terrains vagues. Les Mesures pour que notre municipalit continue propre : des containers, des points propres, des campagnes de sensibilisation et dcho parc. Amliores le Parc le Recorral et dans les nombreuses zones vertes de notre municipalit, cela continuera dtre un objectif fondamental de notre travail. NOTRE APPUI PRSENT, AUX PROJETS DAVENIR Promouvoir lusage du Bureau Municipal dInformation au Consommateur (OMIC). Informer et stimuler lusage de lAgence pour la Promotion de lInnovation Commerciale (AFIC) pour conseiller, pour promotionner, pour aider avec les initiatives et ses formalits. Nous continuerons avec notre appui au commerce local travers des Journes Gastronomiques, Tapeo por Rojales, Petit march de Nol, Foire de Commerce et de Tourisme, avec la participation de lensemble des associations ACR et ASEPIB. Professionnaliser le service au consommateur travers de la formation pour faire de Rojales un centre dexcellence en qualit de service clientle. Nous donnerons une nouvelle impulsion au March couvert comme centre de commerce et dinformation. Lune de nos priorits sera de maintenir la collaboration avec le Tribunal Privatif dEaux, la dfense des arrosages traditionnels avec de leau de qualit, de prter les services requis par les agriculteurs en appuyant notre secteur agricole local.

Lobjectif basique de notre programme est de garantir le bien-tre social de tous les citoyens, en facilitant laccs aux recours et les prestations sociales quils ont droit, en promouvant ainsi le bien-tre social et les amliorations de la qualit de vie des citoyens. Nos actions se centreront dans les secteurs suivants de la population : Le Troisime ge et les handicaps La Famille et les adolescents La Femme La Sant mentale Dpendance de drogue LImmigration Nous chercherons un appui priv pour la construction dune rsidence du Troisime ge. Nous continuerons dappuyer les ONG qui aident au bien-tre de nos citoyens.

DES OEUVRES PUBLIQUES ET UN URBANISME

Nous continuerons de renouveler les trottoirs et de goudronner plusieurs zones de notre commune. Nous continuerons damliorer lillumination, les accs, les jardins, les rseaux deau et dassainissement dans plusieurs zones de la municipalit. Nous enterrerons les lignes tlphoniques et lectriques dans les zones urbaines.

 Arrangement et llimination de barrires architectoniques pour faciliter laccs aux pitons. La future construction dun Centre Municipal, approuv et financ, dans des terrains limitrophes lactuel centre municipal permettra le transfert du Tribunal de Paix et le Tribunal des Eaux dans de nouvelle dpendance. Nous raliserons la 2me phase de la rhabilitation du Parc Muse Carmen Jimnez Esteve. Approuv et financ le projet de la Terminal de Transport; la construction commencera prochainement. LUrbanisation du Plan Partiel de Heredades Nous ferons des dmarches et planifierons le contournement Est avec un nouveau pont sur le Rio Segura, en unissant la route de Guardamar avec le rond point de Pueblo Lucero.

POLICE ET SCURIT CITADINE

Construction dune nouvelle Dpendance pour la police local qui substitue lactuelle, dote dquipements et de dotations ncessaires pour la prestation efficace des services policiers et une attention adquate au citoyen. Renouvellement du Parc Mobile de la Police Locale, en priorisant lacquisition de vhicules fonctionnels et non polluants. Ltablissement dun protocole de Collaboration entre la Police Locale et les commerces et les entreprises de cette localit, dans le but de les assister et de les aider dans tout ce qui requiert le comportement policier. Amliorer la scurit avec augmentation de contrles policiers et dun plus grand rapprochement au citoyen. Augmenter la collaboration avec les diffrentes Municipalits pour rsoudre les problmes du citoyen. Rvision des Plans de Comportement et dvacuation en cas dUrgences, fondamentalement aux Centres Scolaires et de 3 lge. Demander au Ministre de lIntrieur la cration dune dotation permanente de la Garde civile dans Rojales. Continuer avec les Campagnes de Sensibilisation et dEducation Routire aux Centres Scolaires et les agrandir dautres collectifs citadins. Nous donnerons une formation la Police Locale pour un comportement correct devant une socit multiculturelle et plurilinguistique comme celle de Rojales. Cration dune page Web de la Police Locale, qui informe le citoyen de sujets relatifs sa scurit et ainsi tablir un mcanisme de communication. Augmenter la collaboration avec diffrentes associations citadines impliques dans la scurit, spcialement avec la formation des Voisins Cooprant (Neighbourhood Watch)

ONDERWIJS
EEN VERBINTENIS OM AAN DE TOEKOMST TE BOUWEN We blijven financile steun verlenen aan diegenen die hier behoefte aan hebben in hun academische ontwikkeling, in de vorm van studiebeurzen. We blijven vormingsactiviteiten organiseren om de persoonlijke en gemeenschappelijke ontwikkeling te bevorderen. Een voorbeeld hiervan is de Zomerschool, volwassenenonderwijs (EPA), 25-plussers, cursussen Valenciaans, Informatica. We blijven onze steun verlenen aan de organisatie van cursussen voor beroepsopleiding voor volwassenen. Bouw en inrichting van de lagere school Prncipe de Espaa. Tijdens de zittingsperiode 2007 2011 van de regering PP-GRIP, heeft het plaatselijke ministerie van onderwijs (Conselleria de Educaci) het volledige dossier goedgekeurd: de aanvraag, het basisontwerp en het definitieve ontwerp, de bouwleiding, de goedkeuring van het project met een begroting van 4.837.774 euro en de uitbesteding van de werken. Er hebben 32 ondernemingen ingeschreven op de aanbesteding en de opdracht moet nog aan n hiervan gegund worden. Bouw van de Openbare School Nr. 2. Het plaatselijke ministerie van onderwijs (Conselleria de Educacin) heeft een gemeentelijk grondstuk van 25.000 m2 uitgekozen Urbanisatie Ciudad Quesada om een Kinderschool, een Lagere School en een Middelbare school te bouwen. In het jaar 2010 wordt in het Publicatieblad van de Europese Unie de aanbesteding voor het opstellen van het project en de bouwleiding gepubliceerd. Er hebben 29 architectenteams ingeschreven. De bouw van een Kinderpark om kinderen op te voeden in Verkeersveiligheid.

JEUGD EN SPORT
EEN VERBINTENIS MET EN VOOR IEDEREEN We blijven sportactiviteiten organiseren, in het bijzonder basissport als voornaamste doelstelling. We blijven sportgroepen en verenigingen ondersteunen met een actief beleid om de ontwikkeling van onze jeugd en hun familie te bevorderen. Vanuit het Centrum voor Jeugdinformatie (Centro de Informacin Juvenil) en via de sociale netwerken maken we onze initiatieven bekend zodat het overgrote merendeel van onze inwoners er gebruik van kunnen maken. We blijven onze relaties met sportinstanties en officile instellingen onderhouden en uitbreiden voor een ruimer sportaanbod. Dit initiatief ondersteunt Voetbal, Handbal, Turnen, Wielrennen, Jeu de Boules, Duivenfokkerij, Sportschieten, Tennis, enz.

CULTUUR, FEESTEN EN TOERISME

UITBREIDING VAN ONZE CULTURELE, TOERISTISCHE EN FEESTWAARDEN DOOR MIDDEL VAN BETROKKENHEID EN DEELNAME. We werken eraan om aan de hand van de feestelijkheden de deelname en integratie te bevorderen. We stimuleren nieuwe culturele activiteiten in onze gemeentelijke culturele centra om zo het merendeel van onze inwoners te bereiken. We beogen deelname op alle niveaus: wedstrijden voor Koren, Theater, Romans, enz. We blijven onze middelen van plaatselijk belang bevorderen door de voorzieningen, de bereikbaarheid, het landschap en alles wat het gebruik hiervan aangenaam maakt, te verbeteren. De grotten Cuevas del Rodeo, het Museum van de Groentetuin (Museo de la Huerta), enz. zijn voorbeelden van dit initiatief. We brengen een Toeristisch Ontwikkelingsplan ten uitvoer om de kennis van onze cultuur en ons landschap te bevorderen.

LANDBOUW, HANDEL, EN INDUSTRIE

ONZE HUIDIGE STEUN AAN TOEKOMSTIGE PROJECTEN. Bevordering van het gebruik van het Gemeentelijke Kantoor voor Consumenteninformatie (Oficina Municipal de Informacin al Consumidor, OMIC). Informatie over en stimulatie van het gebruik van het Agentschap voor de Bevordering van Commercile Vernieuwing (Agencia para el Fomento de la Innovacin Comercial, AFIC) voor advies, promotie en ondersteuning van de initiatieven en de afwikkeling ervan. We blijven de plaatselijke handel ondersteunen aan de hand van gastronomische themadagen, tapas eten in Rojales, Kerstmarkt, Vakbeurs voor Handel en Toerisme in samenwerking met de verenigingen ACR en ASEPIB. We professionaliseren de consumentendienst aan de hand van opleiding, om van Rojales een centrum bij uitstek op het gebied van een kwaliteitsvolle klantendienst te maken. We geven de Markthallen (Mercado de Abstos) nieuwe kracht als handels- en informatiecentrum. Een van onze prioriteiten is het handhaven van de samenwerking met de Waterrechtbank (Juzgado Privativo de Aguas), de bescherming van de traditionele irrigatie met kwaliteitswater en het verlenen van de diensten die de landbouwers nodig hebben, dit alles door de landbouwsector van onze gemeente te steunen.

VOLKSGEZONDHEID EN MILIEU
HET BELANG VAN ONZE GEZONDHEID EN DE EERBIED VOOR ONZE OMGEVING Vaccinatie- en medische gezondheidscampagnes Gezondheidscampagnes voor kinderen Naar aanleiding van het probleem van de toenemende waterschaarste, blijven we het Nationaal Waterbouwkundig Plan ondersteunen, met inbegrip van de overheveling van water uit de Ebro. We staan uiteraard ook open voor andere redelijke oplossingen. Campagnes over het rationele gebruik van water en energie. We blijven de campagnes voor ontsmetting, desinfectie en rattenverdeling voeren en verbeteren. Nu de omheining van de Botanische Tuin Lo Marab is goedgekeurd en gefinancierd, gaan we verder met dit project, dat binnenkort van start gaat. De rivier de Segura was, is en blijft het fundamentele doel van onze milieuactie: een groene doorgang langs de oevers, recreatiegebieden, schoonmaak en onderhoud, kwaliteit van het water. We zetten campagnes in gang om met betrekking tot het verzorgen van huisdieren en de behoefte aan het schoon houden van de openbare weg (Verordeningen). Ondersteuning van voorzieningen voor nieuwe energiebronnen (zonnepanelen). Controle op het storten van afval op, omheiningen rond en het schoonhouden van terreinen. Maatregelen om onze gemeente schoon te houden: containers, groene punten, bewustmakingscampagnes, ecopark. Verbeteringswerken aan het Park el Recorral en de talrijke groenzones van onze gemeente blijven een fundamenteel doel van ons werk. We handhaven de verbintenis om de emissie van het milieuonvriendelijke gas CO2 te verminderen. Deze verbintenis werd in Brussel onderschreven als het Convenant met Burgemeesters.

MAATSCHAPPELIJK WELZIJN
De basisdoelstelling van ons programma is het maatschappelijke welzijn van alle burgers te waarborgen, door toegang te verlenen tot de sociale middelen en voorzieningen waarop ze recht hebben en zo het maatschappelijke welzijn te bevorderen en de levenskwaliteit van de burger te verbeteren. We zijn in de volgende bevolkingsgroepen actief: Bejaarden en gehandicapten Gezin en minderjarigen Vrouwen Geestelijke gezondheid Drugsverslaafden Migranten We zoeken priv-ondersteuning voor de bouw van een bejaardentehuis. We blijven de Ngos voor het welzijn van onze burgers ondersteunen.

OPENBARE WERKEN EN STEDENBOUW

We blijven stoepranden, voetpaden en het wegdek op verschillende plaatsen van de gemeente vernieuwen. We blijven de verlichting, de toegangen, de groenvoorzieningen, het waterleidingen- en rioleringsnetwerk verbeteren op verschillende plaatsen van de gemeente. Ingraving van de telefoon- en elektriciteitslijnen in stedelijke gebieden. Inrichting en verwijdering van bouwkundige obstakels om de toegang voor voetgangers te vergemakkelijken. Dankzij de spoedige bouw van een Gemeentelijk Centrum, die reeds goedgekeurd en gefinancierd is, op een stuk grond naast het Gemeentehuis, kunnen het Kantongerecht en de Waterrechtbank in nieuwe gebouwen worden ondergebracht. We voeren de 2de fase van de restauratie van het Museumpark Carmen Jimnez Esteve uit. Na goedkeuring en financiering van het project voor een Terminal voor Openbaar Vervoer, neemt de bouw binnenkort aanvang. Na goedkeuring van het mobiliteitsplan worden subsidies aangevraagd om het stadsvervoer te hervatten. Bouw van grafkelders in de uitbreiding van het kerkhof. Verkaveling van het Stedenbouwkundig Plan van Heredades. Beheer en planning van de ringweg Oost (circunvalacin Este) met nieuwe brug over de rivier de Segura, waarbij de baan de Guardamar wordt verbonden met de rotonde van Pueblo Lucero.

POLITIE EN BURGERVEILIGHEID
Bouw van een nieuw Hoofdbureau van de Plaatselijke Politie ter vervanging van het huidige, uitgerust met de nodige voorzieningen en apparatuur voor een doeltreffende verlening van de politiediensten en een geschikte hulpverlening aan de burger. Vernieuwing van het Voertuigenpark van de Plaatselijke Politie met de voorkeur voor functionele en niet verontreinigende voertuigen. Bepaling van een protocol voor Samenwerking tussen de Plaatselijke Politie en de winkels en ondernemingen van onze gemeente, voor hulp en bijstand in alle gevallen waarin politieoptreden vereist is. Verhoging van de veiligheid door meer politiecontroles en verdere benadering van de Burger. Nauwere samenwerking met de verschillende Gemeentelijke instanties om de problemen van de burger op te lossen. Herziening van de Actie- en Evacuatieplannen voor Noodgevallen, in het bijzonder in Scholen en Bejaardentehuizen. Aanvraag bij het Ministerie van Binnenlandse zaken om een permanente post van de Guardia Civil in Rojales op te richten. Verdere campagnes voor verkeersvoorlichting in scholen maar ook voor andere burgergroepen. Opleiding van de plaatselijke politie voor correct optreden in een multiculturele en meertalige gemeenschap zoals die van Rojales. Creatie van een website van de plaatselijke politie met informatie voor de burger over kwesties in verband met veiligheid, waardoor een communicatiemechanisme ontstaat. Nauwere samenwerking met de verschillende burgerverenigingen die betrokken zijn bij de veiligheid, in het bijzonder met de Buurtwacht (Neighbourhood Watch)

ADMINISTRATIE, BELASTINGDIENST EN ERFGOED

VOOR EEN VERANTWOORDELIJK BEHEER TEN BEHOEVE VAN IEDEREEN Het beheer van de openbare middelen moet meer dan ooit verantwoordelijk gebeuren, rekening houdend met de economische situatie waarmee we momenteel geconfronteerd worden. Op die manier voelt de burger onze verbintenis, niet enkel wat betreft transparantie en doeltreffendheid, maar ook op het gebied van dienstverlening en nabijheid bij de burger. Hierbij wordt gegarandeerd de voorkeur gegeven aan de voornaamste behoeften. Een meer actieve, flexibele, doeltreffende en moderne digitale administratie, toegankelijk voor de burger. Betrokkenheid van de Burger bij het gemeentelijke beheer via de Burgermap (Carpeta Ciudadana), aan de hand waarvan de burger documenten kan behandelen zonder naar het Gemeentehuis te hoeven gaan. We blijven de nodige middelen voorzien voor de plaatselijke administratie, om meer doeltreffendheid te waarborgen bij de openbare dienstverlening. We blijven de website van het Gemeentehuis bevorderen en promoten zodat deze dienst kan doen als een kantoor voor de benadering van de burger. De investeringen worden gedaan naargelang de bijdragen van de Provincieraad van Alicante (Diputacin de Alicante), de Autonome Regio Valencia (Comunidad Valenciana), de Centrale Administratie en de Europese Unie.

WERKGELEGENHEID EN PLAATSELIJKE ONTWIKKELING

NIEUWE MOGELIJKHEDEN CREREN VOOR IEDEREEN Vanuit het bestuursteam stimuleren we een hoger niveau van arbeidsgroei door de opneming op de arbeidsmarkt te verbeteren aan de hand van opleiding, voorlichting en advies voor werklozen. De dienst voor plaatselijke werkgelegenheid en ontwikkeling consolideert zich via het arbeidsbureau (ADL), met 16 jaar ervaring met werken voor en met de burgers van Rojales. De diensten van de Website voor Plaatselijke Ontwikkeling worden uitgebreid in overeenstemming met de behoeften van de gebruikers. Informatie en advies voor ondernemers van nieuwe en bestaande ondernemingen, met een ruime dienstverlening voor de aanvragers. We adviseren KMOs op het gebied van bevordering van de werkgelegenheid en opneming op de arbeidsmarkt van gehandicapten en andere sociale groepen. We organiseren adviesprogrammas voor het zoeken van werk. We bevorderen de nieuwe technologien door online cursussen te organiseren, waarbij alle burgers toegang krijgt tot nieuwe computertechnologien.
