BAND OF BROTHERS
Practical Strategies
Please remember that we have our very own social media site to connect with our very own local and North American Mission Board missionaries. If you havent received an invitation to join this site, or if your invitation link has expired, please email Rhonda Wright at rwright@fbcn.org and she will send you the invitation link to join. Once on this site, you have access to over 200 missionaries to pray for, connect with, share pictures and videos with, etc. This site is also guaranteed to be 100% safe, secure, and totally unsearchable (the only way to see anything on this site is to be invited).
If you arent part of the Great Commission Connection, but would still like to connect with missionaries on our social media site (100% safe, secure, and totally unsearchable), please email Rhonda Wright at rwright@fbcn.org and she will send you a link to sign-up. You will have access to over 200 missionaries to pray for, connect with, share pictures and videos with, etc.
If your Change the World bank is full, you may make your deposit at the Lighthouse Bookstore (during regular operating hours), the Media Ministry Counter (during regular operating hours), or the Fellowship Hallway Depository (available at all times during the week, Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m. and before/after all worship services and events). Simply use the black marker provided and enter your name and your change bank number on the plastic deposit bag label provided, open the change bank from the bottom and deposit the change into the plastic deposit bag, remove adhesive strip from the back of the plastic deposit bag, close the flap making sure bag is sealed, and drop the plastic deposit bag into the depository at your selected location. After making your deposit, KEEP THE BANK and continue to collect your change for the Great Commission Connection.

Apples of Gold -- Fall Session Begins Thursday Evening, September 8 This is the last week to sign-up!
Apples of Gold is an eight-week course based on Titus 2:3-5 and is open to married women 40 years old or younger. Our Apples of Gold Leadership Team is dedicated to equipping young women to be better wives and mothers, build stronger relationships with Christ, and develop intergenerational relationships with other women. Skills in cooking, hospitality, home care, child rearing, and marriage are taught in an intimate home setting. We close out the course with a celebration cookout with husbands. If you are interested in being part of the Fall program, you may pick up a brochure and registration form in Refresher, the Womens Ministry Office, or at the Info Desk in The Commons (before or after worship services). Spots are held on a first-come, first-served basis. For questions or further information, please call Betsy Evans (239-5141559) or Brenda Howard (239-595-2009). We hope you will prayerfully consider joining us for the Fall session!

Saturday, October 15
Its time to dust off your tennis shoes, stretch your muscles, collect your sponsors, and Walk for Life. The Pregnancy Resource Center is proud to announce the 5th Annual Walk for Life on October 15, 2011. Your participation in this event can change the lives of families faced with unplanned pregnancies. All monies raised will go to support the ongoing ministry of Pregnancy Resource Center. Each year, PRC provides a compassionate and comprehensive response to hundreds of women who face an unintended pregnancy. We offer resources and information for women to make an informed decision about their pregnancies. We dont just encourage our clients to make a lifeaffirming choice...we support their decision to do so by providing practical alternatives to abortion. Wont you join us in our efforts? Please pick up a walk registration form after church today, or you may download your registration form from our website, www.prcwalkforlife.org and click on Walk for Life. For more information, please contact the Pregnancy Resource Center at 513-9775.
