The Anthem at Merrill Ranch Community Council has invited Lisa Garcia, Florence Town Clerk, to come give a presentation on voter registration, duties of persons holding these offices, procedures for running for office and general information regarding the Town of Florence governance process. Home owners from Sun City Anthem and Anthem Parkside are encouraged to attend this informative meeting.

Low Intensity Yoga Enhance overall health and sense of well-being with LOW INTENSITY yoga. This easy paced class incorporates traditional poses using the support of a chair to build strength and improve balance, as well as calming stretches to promote flexibility.

Core Conditioning A MODERATE INTENSITY class designed to work all the major muscle groups. Activities utilize stability balls and other core training equipment, in order to aid the body in maintaining balance and stability for the activities of daily living as well as other recreational activities.

Yin-Yang Yoga A balanced practice that combines two equally important styles of yoga. The class will begin with active poses to build strength and stamina & conclude with deep stretches to promote flexibility and relaxation. Appropriate for all levels (variations & modifications will be offered).

Introductory Dance Aerobics This is a resident led aerobic exercise class using basic dance steps which are taught before any routines are established. Modifications will be provided for both low and higher energy moves. Having fun to great music is the goal....Low Impact Aerobic Dance Workout

Spin (indoor cycling) Spin classes are a great way to get in a vigorous workout -- burning calories and keeping your muscles in shape. This HIGH INTENSITY class is the perfect way to build stamina, tone and get a butt kicking workout!!
