RESEARCH OBJECTIVE

1. To know the customer perception choice and preference regarding various mobile services. 2. Which mobile service is preferred most by the customers. 3. Comparative measurement of customer satisfaction level for various mobile services available in Agra. 4. To understand the main problems faced by the customer while using the mobile services. 5. To know the features of a mobile service which attracts a customer most. 6. To find out that which company is better service provider in Agra.

NEED /IMPORTANCE OF RESEARCH OBJECTIVE

Society today has made itself so used to telecommunication that the world would collapse if it was taken away. The reason for the tremendous growth of telecommunications is because we needed a better way to relay messages to each other.

RESEARCH METHODOLOGY
Research Methodology is a way to systematically solve the research problem. It may be understood as a science or studying how research is done scientifically. In it we study the various steps that arc generally adopted by researcher in studying his research problem along with the logic behind them. It is necessary for the researcher to know not only the research il1cthods/techniques but also the methodology. Researchers also need to understand the assumptions underlying various techniques and they need to know the criteria by which they can decide that certain techniques and procedures will be applicable to certain problems and other will not. We use a particular method or research in the context or our research study and explain why we are using a particular method or technique and why we are not using other so thus research results are capable or being evaluated either by the researcher himself or by other.

RESEARCH METHODOLOGY CAN BE SUB-HEADING BY:

1) Research Design 2) Sampling Design. 3) Data Collection 4) Sampling Size

RESEARCH DESIGN
A research design is purely and simply the frame work or plan from a study that guides. The collection and analysis of the data application and specification are the main characteristic in a research, design. There me mainly three types research design. a. Exploratory b. Conclusive (i) Descriptive (ii) Causal c. Performance monitory Since our research will be in descriptive type.

SAMPLING DESIGN
Sampling is the process of obtaining information about an entire population by examining only a part or it. Sampling is used from a variety of reasons such as: I. Sampling can save time and money II. Sampling may enable more accurate measurements. III. Sampling remains the only way when a population contains infinitely many members. IV. Sampling only remains the only choice when a test involves the destruction of the item under study.

Sampling Methods are divided:

1. Probability sampling. 2. Non - probability Sampling In my research probability sampling will be used. Again in probability sampling, simple random sampling will be also used.

DATA COLLECTION METHOD

Data collection method are generally of two types: a) Primary Data b) Secondary Data (a) Primary Data: The primary data are those which are collected a fresh and for the first time and thus happens to be original in character. The primary data is collected in the process or questionnaire and interview of the outlets. (b) Secondary Data: The secondary data are those which have already been collected by someone else and which have been already been passed through the statistical process.

SAMPLE SIZE
The total sample size I will cover 50 outlets. Sample Size (n) = 50
