Interpretation: There are 89% of the respondent feels that training help to improve the performance. 9% of the employees feels it just as a part of work remaining 2% employees of employees thinks that its ritual and does not make any difference. Therefore it concludes that majority of the employees feels that training is an important aspect of the organization should be conducted.

Interpretation: It can be seen that 37% of the respondent of employees feels that on the basis of individual requirement and 28% on the requirement of the organization. Another 2% of the employees feels that it should be basis upon the personal liking of the supervisiors. Remaining 15% says it should be basis upon both A&B. Thus majority of the respondent believe that training needs are identified based on the requirement of the individual and the organisation..

Interpretation: As per the respondent the training and development programed helped them in in all the fields. Where majority of 34% employees feels that all the above mentioned programs helped them. Another 23% of the employees feels that training helped them to enrich there job knowledge. Other 18% feels that it helped them to update there technical and functional knowledge. Another 18% of the employees feels that it helped them to increase there job satisfaction. And 7% of the employees feels that it helped them to improve both there communication skills as well as behavioural aspects. Thus it is clear that training and development programs helped the employees in one or other aspect to improve there work related efficiency as well as personel growth.

Interpretation: Company is investing a large amount on the training and development program of its employees. In which various tools and equipment has been utilized by the company to to provide good training and development programs to therir employees. In which majority of the employees says that they have been provided with all the above mentioned tools and equipments in training programs. Another 27% says that they have been imparted T&D programs by the means of visiting plant, another group of employees that it was books and pamplets with the help of which they have been given training. Remaining 4% feels it was reading rooms and library . Training has to be more of practical experiecne for the employees.

Interpretation: According to the 30% of the repondents evaluation of training program imparted to executives has to be on the basis of feedback of further training. Another 27% thinks by assessment through supervisiors. Another 25% says that it should be on the spot evaluation of course cintent faculty. Rest says it has to be based upon post training evaluation within 6 months of expiry of training program.

Interpretation: According to the respondents of the employees 41% employees have attended training program upto 1-2 times in the the oraganisation other 32% has attended it for 3-4 times, and about 16% of the employees have attended the training program more than 4 times and there are another 11% left who have not attended any training programs yet.

Interpretation: The majority of the employees who have gone through training programs of the company say that the training and development program has helped them to increase the productivity of the company by attaining more knowledge and skills regarding their jobs. Another 18% of the respondents think that training and development program has helped them to solve the work related problem. Other 18% feels training has benefited them in all aspects. Interpretation: Major 55% part of the respondents feels that training and development program is useful and relevant to their area of work and helps to learn things which help them to perform their job well and increase the productivity of the organization. Another 27% feels that it really does not helped them to much extent. Other 18% feels training and development program has helped them at greater extent.

Interpretation: According to the 73% of the respondents, they are satisfied with the companys current training and development program. Other 18% says the T&D activity of the company is excellent. Remaining 9% of the respondents say Binani carries average training and development program.

FINDINGS During the research study conducted among the employees of Binani Cement Ltd. by the help of my Observations and Interactions held with them, my findings are: Training is the most important part of any organization and no person can think of the development without it. By training the attitudinal change in the employee leads to the positive thinking, a sense of devotion to organizational and also by the help of technical and behavioural training the person in the organization can be aware of the latest developments and how to come up with the best output with minimum investment and minimum labour waste. This leads to the increase in the profit of the organization. This view is of the managerial and staff level employee.

SUGGESTIONS

Human resource management is the important activity in the total management system. It aims to develop the enabling capabilities of people in pursuit of excellence in the organization. Such as enabling capabilities can be developed in a climate that provides some art of initiative, trust openness, autonomy, risk taking, collaboration and commitment to work.

It is the responsibility of the top management to create a climate of development and make the place of work enjoyable so that people may give their best for the organization along with a sense of satisfaction and growth. Keeping in view of the discussion on the foregoing pages, some important suggestions are as follows:

1. Training and development program should be according to changes in organizational environment. 2. More encouragement towards the computer education and computer based training.. 3. Practical training should be among at sight. 4. To ascertain future training and development follow-up training should be taken seriously. 5. To make training program more valuable it should be based on games, case study role playing and simulations. 6. Training and development program can be conducted more outside the company. 7. Deserving employee must be promoted to encourage them and also to motivate for the better accomplishment of work. 8. Training and development program should be done regularly for every year and the gap between the training programs should me minimum. It should be continuous throughout the year. 9. Suggestion and experience from other business houses & people from related field should also be taken & in calculated if used. 10. New development programs can be used.

11. External and internal training programs should be connected with each other. 12. More emphasis on employees communication skills. More of public speaking practices, presentation skills program should be encouraged more.

CONCLUSION

On the analysis of data obtained I conclude that the success of any organization largely depends upon the effective use of their employees. I observed that training and development programs play an important role in increasing the effectiveness of employees. They try to improve their knowledge and skills so that may be able to contribute to the progress of the organization as much as possible. Therefore I can conclude it by: 1. Training and development program is important for improving performance in organization. 2. Training should be continues throughout the year. 3. Maximum employees feel that the training and development programs duration are adequate. 4. A maximum employee feels that training helps in promotion. 5. After attaining training program, maximum employees: Clarify some previous knowledge. Confirm new ideas and approach. Improve productivity Help in change behavior Solve the work related problem

6. Maximum employees are satisfied with the present training and development program system. 7. Maximum employees feel that existing training and development is excellent and good. 8. Finally to make any training program successful the cooperation of the management and the employees are essential. 9. Technical and behavioural training, both are important for the development of the organization. Training and development programs are increasing the output of organization.
