A. The following may vie for Mrs. Bohol International 2012: 1. Married individual who may either be: a. Born or raised in Bohol, or b. Of Boholano descent, or c. Born of Boholano father or mother, or d. A foreigner married to a Boholano, or the latter of Boholano descent. B. Interested candidates must submit to the committee, Mrs. Bohol International the following: 1. Her biodata with recent picture, 2. Registration fee of P5,000.00 or $125.00 3. Sign a contract with a committee, Mrs. Bohol International 2012 and TBTK. 4. Deadline for submission of entries is December 30, 2011. C. Schedule of Activities: 1. January 16th, 2012- First Canvassing 2. March 16th, 2012- Second Canvassing 3. May 11th, 2012- Final Canvassing and Presentation of Candidates in Tagbilaran City 4. May 12th, 2012- Mrs. Bohol International Coronation and Ball at Bohol Cultural Center D. Prizes: 1. For the Runner Ups- Trophy, Sash, & Bouquet 2. For Mrs. Bohol International 2012- Trophy, Sash, Bouquet, Crown, & an overnight stay for two at one of Bohols resorts. 3. Candidates with the most number of advertisements for the Souvenir Journal will be awarded the title of Mrs. Bohol International Tourism. E. MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: This Memorandum of Understanding entered into by and between: The TIGUM BOL-ANON SA TIBUOK KALIBUTAN (TBTK), represented by the Chairperson, Mrs. Ma. Elizabeth V. Garcia, with office address at 64 Old Orchard Court, Cedar Grove, New Jersey , hereinafter referred to as the FIRST PARTY; and Mrs.______________________________________________, married of legal age and a resident of _______________________________________________________, hereinafter to as the SECOND PARTY. WITNESSETH That the FIRST PARTY shall undertake the MRS. BOHOL INTERNATIONAL 2012 in Tagbilaran City, Bohol, as in need of candidates who will vie for the title; That the purpose of said undertaking is: a. To develop a deep sense of understanding and appreciation of our Boholano historical and cultural heritage through well meaning activities, b. To search for ambassadors of goodwill for Bohol, especially before Boholano/Foreign communities all over the world, and c. To help raise funds for the various activities of the TBTK; That the SECOND PARTY shall submit to TBTK, through its TBTK Chairperson, or her duly authorized representative in Bohol, Mrs. Anne Mariquit D. Oppus, Committee Chairperson, MRS. BOHOL INTERNATIONAL 2012, the following; a. Her biodata with recent picture (colored, half body, 4x5), and th b. Registration fee of p5000.00 or $125.00. Deadline for submission shall be December 30 , 2011. c. Candidates are required to submit/solicit a minimum of 5 full pages AD for the Souvenir Journal. That MRS. BOHOL INTERNATIONAL 2012 shall be chosen by the total number of votes cast in her name, one (1) vote equivalent to 1 Peso (P1.00) January 16 , 2012- First Canvassing th March 16 , 2012- Second Canvassing th May 11 , 2012- Final Canvassing and Presentation of Candidates th May 12 , 2012- MRS. BOHOL INTERNATIONAL Coronation and Ball at Bohol Cultural Center . That in recognition of her voluntary and sincere contribution to MRS. BOHOL INTERNATIONAL 2012, candidates shall receive 10% of the total votes or contributions after their 5 required AD pages. That the clothes/attires to be used by the SECOND PARTY shall be at her own account, subject only to specifications of the FIRST PARTY and giving preference to our Boholano dressmakers/couturiers.
