Introduction:
Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) is an approach to psychotherapy and organizational change based on the model of interpersonal communication chiefly concerned with the relationship between successful patterns of behavior and the subjective experiences of alternative therapy based on this which seeks to educate people to change their patterns of mental and emotional behavior. The Stress plays a vital role in the human behavior that leads to various disorders and affect the human health. The cause of Stress is been through both external and internal environment that change the human function form normal to abnormal. NLP which helps in most of the modern corporate to keep their mental health nourished. The human assert is the vital role which leads to the improvement in the Industry.

NLP and Chronic stress

The co-founders, Richard Bandler and linguist John Grinder, believed that NLP would be useful in "finding ways to help people have better, fuller and richer lives They coined the term "NeuroLinguistic Programming" to emphasize their belief in a connection between the neurological processes. Neuro How we use our nervous system to experience the world around us. All the information that enters into our brain using our five senses of sight, sound, touch, smell and taste.

Linguistic How we use language and other non-verbal communication systems to interpret this information pictures (is it focused and clear or hazy), sounds (is it a loud or quiet noise), touch (does it feel rough or smooth), smell (does it smell fresh as a daisy or is it an odour of decay), taste (does it taste too salty or too sweet). Programming Once we have interpreted all this information, we run programmes (often unconsciously) to get things done. We are not aware that we are running them; they are just part of our routine. For example, brushing our teeth twice a day, or washing our face, or our daily drive in to work. Using all the information in our mind we can find out what is in that programme. If theres something that needs changing we can do so. For example if you can write presentations easily but get anxious about standing up and actually presenting, or you find it easy to talk to your boss informally but get nervous when you ask for a promotion or pay rise, or you play sports excellently for fun but always lose in competitions.

Stress is the response to emotional pressure suffered for a prolonged period over which an individual perceives he or she has no control In humans, symptoms of chronic stress can vary from anxiety, depression, social isolation, headache, abdominal pain or lack of sleep to back pain and difficulty concentrating. Other symptoms include:

headache anxiety depression aggression intense mood swings rash loss of concentration / poor concentration hypertension

Stress among Indian Population:

57 % of corporate workers in India report increase in stress

Fifty-seven per cent of workers in the corporate sector in India reported an increase in stress over the last two years, a survey has said. Of over 11,000 corporate across 13 countries, 58 per cent companies worldwide experienced an appreciable rise in their workplace stress over the last two years, according to a survey by workplace solutions provider Regus plc.

The survey asked more than 11,000 respondents about their experience in the workplace during tough economic times. It was found that Indian workers experienced a slightly lower rise in stress than their international counterparts, with 57 per cent reporting that their levels of stress have grown "higher" or "much higher" over the past two years. The most significant stress hike in the countries surveyed occurred in China, with 86 per cent reporting an increase in stress. The lowest increase in stress was felt in the Netherlands, with 47 per cent reporting a rise. A Regus statement said a study by the Indian Council for Research on International Economic Relations found that India's rapid economic expansion has boosted corporate profits and employee incomes, but has also sparked a surge in workplace stress and lifestyle diseases that few Indian companies have addressed. The survey said 45 per cent of Indian workers are particularly stressed by the increased focus on profitability that has arisen during the recession. In fact, this particular pressure is stressing out Indian employees more than workers in any of the other countries surveyed.

Another factor responsible for increasing workplace stress is the pressure to maintain excellent customer service: 33 per cent identified this as a major stress-causing factor. Company size has also had an influence on the level of stress increase experienced in recent years. It was found that workers in mid-sized Indian companies (50-249 employees) have experienced a greater rise in workplace stress: 61 per cent of employees in mid-sized firms have reported higher levels of stress against 55 per cent of people in smaller businesses. This may be due to the potential for downsizing.

Here are the techniques which is been practiced through NLP to reduce the stress in the organization among the employees. Its been practiced to learn how to reduce and increase the performance and productivity in the organization. The below is the practicing methods which gave satisfactory results.

Compulsion Blow Out: 1) Imagine in your mind the thing you have in to Stress. 2) Notice where in space the image is. 3) Is it in front of you, or to the side? 4) How far away is it? 5) How big is the picture? 6) Now I want you to think of something that you are notcompulsive about, and using the following grids, compare their sub modalities

2) NLP Swish Pattern 1) Now, when you are happy with this representation, take the original un resourceful image and place a small dot in the center of it. 2) This small dot is a very small copy of the second resourceful or happy image.

3) Now, very quickly, and with a nice whooshing noise, expand the dot until it fills the whole original image. 4) The positive image is now the only image you can see. 5) Return to the first image, and keep performing this shift until you can perform it effortlessly. 6) Once you have performed the shift 5 or 6 times, taking a moments break between each attempt, take another break, then think of performing the task that you struggled to be resourceful for. 7) What image pops into your mind? The Image which makes you positive right.
