AGREEMENT

THIS AGREEMENT made at _________________________on___________between______ ________________________(hereafter called The Owner) the one part and Jacobs Engineering India Private Limited, having its Registered office at Jacobs House, Ramkrishna Mandir Road, Kondivita, Andheri (E) Mumbai 400 059 (hereinafter called The Company) of the other part:

WHEREAS The Owner owns ,only Ground Floor of the said premises i.e. ____________________________________________________ ____________________________________________________ ________ with right of owner to use round the clock as the passing way of upper level which is owned by him.(hereinafter called the said premises) AND WHEREAS the owner has agreed to permit and the company have agreed to take the said premises for the occupation and use for the purpose of residential accommodation of their employees and servants for a period commencing from ______________ and ending on______________ , This Agreement will not be renew.

NOW THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSES AS FOLLOWS

1) The Company shall pay to the owner through a crossed bank cheque in advance on or before the 10th day of each calendar month a compensation of Rs._________ (Rupees___________________________ only) per month. 2) The Owner shall bear all Municipal rates and other taxes including assessments, duties , Society charges and other charges. 3) The charges for consumption of Water, Electricity and Gas shall be paid by the employees directly as and when the bills are received. 4) Nothing herein contained shall creates any right of tenancy or other right in favor of the Company or their employees. 5) That this Agreement shall remain valid for a period of eleven months commencing from ______________and ending on______________ And This Agreement is not renewable. 6) That the company shall only be responsible for the payment of the compensation herein above mentioned. 7) That the owner shall bear all cost of maintaining the said premises tenantable repair including painting.

8) This Agreement will be automatically terminated on the last date of the Agreement i.e. ______________. 9) It is Further agreed between the parties that this Agreement can be terminated by giving one months notice on either side. 10) Company shall pay deposit of Rs._________ Which shall be refunded by Owner at the time of surrendering the house (The said premises).
