Accused Nappier was asked why she had the registration plates on the car that did no le vehicle. Accused Nappier stated that the plates had been put on her vehicle. I asked Accused Nappier to provide the paperwork for *' 'egistration plates and she was unable to do so. Accused Nappier was also unable to provide any proof of vehicle insuri I asked Accused Nappier if she could call someone to pick her up as to be able to operate the vehicle or if she could contact someone to provide the proper paperwork showing the vehicles registr; Accused Nappier responded by using profanities and saying that I was harassing her only because she was black and drivins%i B Accused Nappier stated that if she were driving on Westerly Terrace, in Hartford, the police would not be doing this to her. Due to the vehicles registration having been expired to ig|i|ifeere,peing no proof of insurance and the registration plate affixed to the vehicle being misused, the vehicle was towed by Boat ninjfer 25346<4.
