What additional help can we provide our students to help them in their areas of need presented by our assessments? Are teachers offered relevant professional development? Point out the positives of the observation of the teachers instruction. Will give constructive criticism on areas the teacher needs to improve as well as suggestions that he or she may want to try.

It is important to provide necessary areas for improvement if that is what is the desired outcome the supervision (workshops, resource materials, trainings and teacher mentoring programs).
