What can work to keep all students motivated and engaged? How can we organize an environment that promotes success for all students? Is the school curriculum poor and what can we do to improve it? Does the curriculum and the method of instruction align and are they effective? Are the teachers clear about the instructional program and the schools expectations of said instructional program? Is the teacher able to engage the students in the educational process/the lesson? What can I do to offer my help in helping my staff improve? How can we use our assessment results as a tool to better our instruction in the classroom? What additional help can we provide our students to help them in their areas of need presented by our assessments? Are teachers offered relevant professional development? What should professional development look like? How is the education and training of staff suitable to address the need of learners? In what areas does staff need to get better?

Create a plan for instruction and keep all students safe and actively engaged.

Point out the positives of the observation of the teachers instruction. Will give constructive criticism on areas the teacher needs to improve as well as suggestions that he or she may want to try.

It is important to provide necessary areas for improvement if that is what is the desired outcome the supervision (workshops, resource materials, trainings and teacher mentoring programs).

E. Develop assessment and accountability systems to monitor student progress

Use programs and multiple sources of information to assess student progress; To share assessment techniques to their staff to promote professional development. Demonstrate the ability to monitor instructional practices and provide staff the assistance needed for improvement; design and demonstrate a well-planned professional development programs based on reflective practice and research on student learning consistent with the

F. Develop the instructional and leadership capacity of staff
