dan karunia-Nya Unit Pembelajaran Program Pengembangan Keprofesian
Berkelanjutan melalui Peningkatan Kompetensi Pembelajaran Berbasis
Zonasi ini dapat diselesaikan.

Pembelajaran Berbasis Zonasi lebih berfokus pada upaya memintarkan
peserta didik melalui pembelajaran berorientasi keterampilan berpikir
tingkat tinggi. Berbasis zonasi ini dilakukan mengingat luasnya wilayah
Indonesia. Zonasi diperlukan guna memperhatikan keseimbangan dan
keragaman mutu pendidikan di lingkungan terdekat, sehingga peningkatan
pendidikan dapat berjalan secara masif dan tepat sasaran.

Untuk meningkatkan efisiensi, efektivitas, serta pemerataan mutu pendidikan,
maka pelaksanaan Program PKP mempertimbangkan pendekatan
kewilayahan, atau dikenal dengan istilah zonasi. Melalui langkah ini,
pengelolaan Pusat Kegiatan Guru (PKG) TK, kelompok kerja guru (KKG) SD
dan musyawarah guru mata pelajaran (MGMP) SMP yang selama ini dilakukan
melalui Gugus atau Rayon dalam zonasinya, dapat terintegrasi melalui zonasi
pengembangan dan pemberdayaan guru. Zonasi memperhatikan
keseimbangan dan keragaman mutu pendidikan di lingkungan terdekat,
seperti status akreditasi sekolah, nilai kompetensi guru, capaian nilai rata-rata
UN/USBN sekolah, atau pertimbangan mutu lainnya.

Pada prinsipnya, tujuan recount teks bergantung dari tujuan orang yang
menceritakan kejadian tersebut. Beberapa contoh tujuan dari recount teks
adalah untuk menghibur atau menginformasikan pembaca tentang kejadian
yang telah terjadi
1. Personal Recount
2. Factual Recount
Adalah teks recount yang berisi laporan kejadian yang benar-benar terjadi.
Contoh: jurnal.
3. Imaginative recount

Memberikan informasi tentang latar cerita yaitu siapa saja yang terlibat dalam
cerita, kapan peristiwa terjadi, di mana peristiwa terjadi, dan apa yang terjadi
pada
waktu itu.

Contoh recount text:
Vacation to London
Mr. Richard’s family was on vacation. They were Mr. and Mrs. Richard with
their two sons. They went to London. They went to a travel agent and booked
their tickets. They went to the British Embassy to get visas to enter Britain.
They had booked fourteen days tour. This included travel and accommodation.
They also included tours around London.
They boarded a large Airbus flight. The flight was nearly fourteen hours. On
the plane the cabin crews were very friendly. They gave them news paper and
magazine to read. They gave them food and drink. There was a film for their
entertainment. They had a very pleasant flight. They slept part of the way.
The hotel was a well-known four-star hotel. The room had perfect view of the
park. The room had its own bathroom and toilet. Instead of keys for the room,
they inserted a key-card to open the door. On the third floor, there was a
restaurant serving Asian and European food. They had variety of food.
The two week in London went by fast. At the end of the 14-day, they were quite
tired but they felt very happy.

There were so many places to see in Bali that my friend decided to join the
tours to see as much as possible. My friend stayed in Kuta on arrival. He spent
the first three days swimming and surfing on Kuta beach. He visited some tour
agents and selected two tours. The first one was to Singaraja, the second was
to Ubud.
On the day of the tour, he was ready. My friend and his group drove on through
mountains. Singaraja is a city of about 90 thousands people. It is a busy but
quiet town. The street are lined with trees and there are many old Dutch
houses. Then they returned very late in the evening to Kuta.
The second tour to Ubud was a very different tour. It was not to see the scenery
but to see the art and the craft of the island. The first stop was at Batubulan, a
center of stone sculpture. There my friend watched young boys were carving
away at big blocks of stone. The next stop was Celuk, a center for silversmiths
and goldensmiths. After that he stopped a little while for lunch at Sukawati and
on to mass. Mass is a tourist center
My friend ten-day-stay ended very quickly beside his two tour, all his day was
spent on the beach. He went sailing or surfboarding every day. He was quiet
satisfied.

Let me remind you my experience during an earthquake last week. When the
earthquake happened, I was on my car. I was driving home from my vocation
to Bali.
Suddenly my car lunched to one side, to the left. I thought I got flat tire. I did
not know that it was an earthquake. I knew it was an earthquake when I saw
some telephone and electricity poles falling down to the ground, like
matchsticks.
Then I saw a lot of rocks tumbling across the road. I was trapped by the rock.
Even I could not move my car at all. There were rocks everywhere. There was
nothing I could do but left the car and walked along way to my house, in the
town.
When I reached my town, I was so surprised that there was almost nothing left.
The earthquake made a lot of damage to my town. Although nothing was left, I
thanked God that nobody was seriously injured. Analyzing the Text

Bagian ini adalah membahas soal-soal Ujian yang muncul berkaaitan dengan
teks recount. Pembahasan soal berdasarkan atas kisi-kisi yang dikeluarkan
oleh Badan Nasional Standar Pendidikan (BNSP).
Pada soal UN tahun 2016/2017 muncul 6 soal berkaitan dengan teks recount.
Pada soal no 17, 18, 19 disajikan sebuah teks recount tentang Guntur’s
experience winning scholasrship study in Singapore
Pada soal no 17 ditanyakan What is the main idea of the last paragraph?

sebuah teks recount rumpang. Peserta didik diminta menentukan jawaban
yang benar.
Pada soal nomor 44. menganalisis unsur kebahasaan yang terkait dengan isi
teks berkaitan dengan kata benda pada level penalaran.
Pada soal no 45 berkaitan dengan penggunaan Past Tense pada level aplikasi

Pembelajaran teks personal recount sangat penting bagi bekal siswa Jenjang
SMP. Personal recount text merupakan jenis teks recount yang menceritakan
pengalaman pribadi penulis misalnya pengalaman liburan, pengalaman di
sekolah atau juga bahkan pengalaman yang tak terlupakan yang membuat kita
selalu mengingat kejadian tersebut
Untuk mempermudah memahami dan menyusun jenis teks recount secra lebih
komprehensif maka perlu memahami bagian penting dari personal recount.
Setiap teks pasti memiliki fungsi sosial atau tujuan komunikatif, struktur teks,
dan unsur kebahasaan yang digunakan.

Setelah mempelajari subunit pembelajaran ini guru diharapkan mampu
mengembangkan rencana pembelajaran yang meliputi pengembangan unit
pembelajaran, bahan dan soal-soal terkait dengan dengan kompetensi dasar
dan lingkungan kehidupan siswa.
Dari hasil peningkatan kompetensi guru yang meliputi persiapan, proses dan
penilaian diharapkan hasil belajar siswa dapat meningkat kompetensinya
yang antara lain diukur dengan naiknya nilai UN siswa.
