ACTIVITY INFORMATION
11-45359 (COMMERCIAL BURGLARY) Deputies from Ypsilanti Twp are investigating a break-in to the Victory Lane Oil Change, located at 3066 Washtenaw Ave. Deputies were called to the business on 9/18/2011 after an employee discovered a broken window as the business was preparing to open. The complainant told investigators that someone stole the cash drawer, which contained an unknown quantity of money. Investigators believe the incident occurred sometime during the night. No arrests have been made at the time of this posting. The case remains open.

11-45421 (LARCENY OF WATERCRAFT) Deputies patrolling the Dexter Area responded to the Halfmoon Lake boat launch to investigate the theft of a personal watercraft (Jet Ski). The victim told investigators the watercraft was stored on shore, near the launch. It had been left there the night beforeand, must have been stolen during the night, according to the victim. Police were contacted on 9/18/2011; investigators are still attempting to determine the time of the theft. No suspect information was available. The theft remains under investigation by area deputies. Stolen Property: 1995 teal Sea Doo jet ski

11-45443 (VANDALISM) On 9/18/2011 deputies patrolling Salem Twp responded to the 9000 block of Currie Rd for the complaint of vandalism. The victim called police because someone drove through his property and damaged a significant amount of fencing. The fencing was in an area which led the victim to believe the damage could not have been an accident as a result of a vehicle crash. No suspect or suspect vehicle information was available. Investigators believe the incident occurred during the late evening hours on 9/17/2011. The incident remains under investigation.

11-45413 (SUSPICIOUS FIRE) Deputies assigned to Salem Twp are investigating a suspicious fire which occurred in the 10000 block of Joy Rd. Police and fire services were called to the area on 9/18/2011, at about 4:00PM for a blaze to an abandoned home. At the time of the blaze, the residence was unoccupied and had been abandoned for some time. The structure did not have power or running water. Investigators believe this abandoned property has been set afire beforewith suspicious circumstances surrounding the cause of the blaze. Fire Marshal and Sheriff Investigators continue to work on the case. No further information was available at the time of this posting. The incident remains open.

ARREST INFORMATION
11-45323 (WARRANT ARREST) Deputies assigned to Ypsilanti Twp arrested a wanted subject in the 2700 block of International Dr, on 9/18/2011, at about 1:30AM. Deputies were in the area conducting an unrelated investigation when the subject was identified and taken into custody. 11-45341 (WARRANT ARREST) On 9/18/2011, at approximately 3:30AM, deputies patrolling Ypsilanti Twp initiated a traffic stop in the area of Hewitt Rd and Valley Dr which led to the arrest of three (3) wanted subjects. Prior to the arrests, deputies were conducting proactive enforcement in the area. Upon coming into contact with the subjects, all three were identified as wanted for outstanding arrest warrants. All three occupants of the stopped vehicle were taken into custody without issue. 11-45469 (WARRANT ARREST) Deputies from the Community Policing Team in Ypsilanti Twp arrested a wanted subject in the 1200 block of Desoto Ave on 9/18/2011, at about 10:30PM. Deputies were conducting proactive enforcement when the wanted subject was encountered as a result of a traffic stop. The subject was identified and taken into custody without issue.
