%p.a. – what is the principal?
• Let us assume that the principal is 1000 ,
simple interest : 300, compound interest :
331 = so the difference is 31. If the
difference is 31, the principal is 1000, if
the difference is 15.5 (half), the principal
will be 500 (half).
