The complete "Field Service Certification Process" is defined in the Operating Instruction OI-GM-004
After completion of one job at site, the Field Service resource updates his CV with his GIS site experiences The Coach reviews the "GIS competency checklist", enter at the top of the sheet the Name and Unit of the Field Service Resource as well as the date at which the file has been filled out / Reviewed Fill the list with the following: when the competence is fully acquired (= Completed) or o when the acquisition is on going or let blank when the competence is not acquired

The coach signs the sheet When all tasks for upper level are completed, the Field Service Manager requests the new level certification in FSET (to be validated by PRO E&C Manager and SER PL Manager). In this case, an up-dated certification is issued.
