Job Description
1 FOR SPIRAL / LSAW / ERW / COATING - OPERATIONS a) Engineer to Sr. Engineer: Candidate should be BE / Diploma in Mechanical / Production Engineering having 2 to 7 yrs. of experience in the field of SAW pipes manufacturing, Steel Tube Mills, Heavy Engineering & Fabrication industries etc. with exposure to relevant Specifications & Standards like API-5L, 5CT, ASME codes.

b) Operators (Edge Milling / Crimping / Tack Welding / End Chamfering / Expander / Sizing Press / Hydro Tester/ID/OD / Trolley / CNC) /Grinderman/ Rigger/Welder/Fitter : Candidate should be ITI having min. 3 yrs. of hands-on experience in relevant field in manufacturing, steel, and pipe & tube industries. Candidate must have a minimum experience of 3 years and an exhaustive knowledge of 3LPE/FBE/DFBE application process and blasting machine. Knowledge about raw materials used in coatings and controlling of process parameters and conditions. Awareness about quality system to help to operate the plant machines. Preferable 5S and FTR.

2 FOR MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE : a) Engineer to Sr. Engineer : Candidate should be BE / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering having 2 to 7 yrs. of experience in SAW pipes manufacturing units, steel plants, tube mill industries, aluminum industries, heavy engineering units etc. with exposure to high pressure hydraulics systems, heavy duty press, utilities, material handling equipments, latest maintenance & management systems & practices

b) Maintenance Foreman/Supervisor/ Fitter : Candidate should be ITI - Fitters having min. 3 yrs. of experience in manufacturing industries, heavy engineering & fabrication units, steel plants, pipe & tube industries etc. with knowledge & exposure to mechanical / hydraulics systems, gear box assembly, leveling, preventive maintenance activities, spares assembly, piping, utilities

FOR ELECTRICAL MAINTENANCE: a) Engineer to Sr. Engineer : Candidate should be BE / Diploma in Electrical / Electronic Engineering having 2 to 7 yrs. of experience in SAW pipes manufacturing units, steel plants, tube mill industries, aluminum industries, heavy engineering units etc. with exposure to electrical control systems, AC/DC drives, automation & industrial software like PLC (preferably SIEMENS) with programming, Simatic-S-7-400, Hydraulic numerical controller & mechanical control system, LT & HT switch gears, latest maintenance systems & procedures etc.

b) Foreman/Supervisor/Electrician : Candidate should be ITI - Electricians having min 3 yrs. of experience in continuous process steel plants, pipe mills, metal process industries etc. with knowledge & exposure to circuit diagram, MCC panels, starters, EOT cranes, AC & DC motors, PLC, transformers, Star Delta & control wiring.

3 FOR SPIRAL / LSAW / ERW / COATING QUALITY/NDT a) Engineer to Sr. Engineer : Candidate should be BE / Diploma in Mechanical / Metallurgy / Welding Engineering / BSc (PCM) with ASNT Level II in UT / RT / MT having 2 to 7 yrs. of experience in the relevant field in steel industries, pipe & tube mills, heavy engineering & fabrication units etc. Knowledge of all relevant Specifications & Standards like API-5L, 5CT, 2B, ASME Sections-V, XI is essential. Exposure to ISO, EMS & OHSAS is desirable. b) Foremen/Supervisor/Operators / Technician(Fluoroscopy / IUT / UT / X-ray / Dark Room / Lab / Final Inspection): Candidate should be HSC / SSC with ASNT Level II in UT / RT having min. 3 yrs. of experience in the relevant field & knowledge of codes like API-5L, ASME section V, VIII. For X-ray operators, exposure to X-ray film processing & interpretation is essential. For Coating Technician Short Blaster, Holiday testing and application.

4 WORKSHOP Machinists (CNC/Turner & Boring) : Candidate should be ITI-Machinist/Turner having minimum 4 yrs. of multi-skilled experience in operating Lathe, CNC Milling & Floor Borer/Table Type Boring machine from heavy workshop/engineering organizations.
