1) Executive summary
The IT project plan is a document which describe how and when the IT project objectives will be achieved . Moreover, its a discipline of planning, organizing and managing resources for stating how to complate project within a specific time frame and the amount of the budget for the project , with using our imagination and best knowledge to bring about the successful completion of specific project goals. Its allows considering all related aspects that may possibly change your plans outcome to achieve our objectives, identify our risks and measure our achievements through and save time and money. In fact, this project will develop a resturant review writing and and publication system and it will inculde : the scope of the project, work breakdown Structure, Schedule, the size of budget and finally the risk of the management plan.

2) Project Scope Statement

Although the restaurant industry in AbuDhabi is very competitive, the lifestyle changes created by modern living continue to fuel its steady growth. Therefore, people become more awareness the taste and type of food and this project help the torist to discover new restaurants in many areas in Abu Dhabi . The scope of this project is to develop resturent review system in Abu Dhabi which contains the website and the mobile application . Moreover, we wont to provide all means of comfort for our users through accessing via the laptop or from the mobile .

Website : the project will develop a website publishes a customer reviews of restaurants by using the advertising for revenue. Advertising on the web provides a wealth of opportunity to reach potential customers. Most people today rely on the internet as their prime source of information. When it comes to searching for restaurants the internet is used to locate local restaurants more than any other source.

For this reason it is vital for business owners to include web design in their restaurant marketing plans. The websites contains an overview on the restaurant, online booking, prices, criteria , menu , images and the location of the resturent . However, users can write reviews of restaurants they have visited in the website and post their comments. Also, they can search for reviews of restaurants across all areas in Abu Dhabi like : ( Albateen, Alkhalidyah, Almuroor, Alwahda, Al Ain, Reem Island..etc) on the website. Moreover, users can also search for reviews of restaurants meeting the variety of cusine types such as ; ( Chinese cusine, french, Italian, Indian or family restaurant ) and they can share there reviews they have written through social media like facebook, Twitter and my Space.

a) Mobile application : The project will develop a three mobile application where users will be able to download for free, which are iphone, Android phone, or BlackBerry. However, by using the mobile application, users can write reviews of restaurants they are visiting and the phone will upload their location information at the users direction. Also, users can serch for restaurants by the same criteria as they can on the website. Moreover, the most intersting thing is that users can search for restaurants close to their current location as they detected by their phone. With mobile application marketing, you can send out specific advertisements at specific times of the day. This means, you can send lunch meal promos and dinner rates during hours that your customers might be figuring out what to have for that meal, making it convenient for your busy customers to decide to eat at your restaurant .

Developing a business plan for your restaurant is extremely important, it helps you plan for your future instead of reacting to changes in your business. Whenever, you have to make the initial pace to bring your goals to the next level, It gives an overview of the highlights of your business plan and a clear picture of the challenges and trials which will come along a restaurateurs way. After that, we have to prepare the design for the restaurant reviewing website . A great looking website with well organized restaurant menus, photo gallery, directions, location, coupons, events promotions are the basic feature of Restaurant Wave. The next step is finding and organizing website content which is often the most over looked and under estimated task to be completed during the web development process. However, we have to find out all restaurants which is located in Abu Dhabi and we divide them by their particular areas in alphabetical order. Also, we will guide the users through the process of devising a content strategy, building out a website navigation and organizing website content so the user will feel easy to use . Then, we have to add the function such as; Navigation, animation, pictures and vedios and finally testing the product whether its work or not . The last step is the advrtising for our product. This means, we can add our business, using an eye catching photo/banner or text link on one of the biggest and famous websites in the UAE. We can also send out newsletters which can advertise for your local business.Moreover, send an SMS masseges for the customers and make discount or offers for them.

In conclusion, project management Its very useful and succesful approach for planning your project. This is because, no one knows or cares about your business like you do. Nor will anyone spend the time analyzing or monitoring your financials without it costing you a fortune. However, you will give your best efford to get the job done professionally and fast. In this project we showed how we can develop a restaurant reviewing system and publication system that provides users to preview all sorts of restaurants that are located in Abu Dhabi. Moreover, there are differnt featuers and properties in both website and mobile application which keep people in touch with other resturants and provide them about the latest information.
