1. Harga penawaran sudah termasuk Factory Acceptance Test / Factory Inspection Checking dengan
jumlah personil perwakilan Pengguna Jasa maximal 3 orang untuk item sebagai berikut:
The tender sum included Factory Acceptance Test / Factory Inspection Checking with maximal number
of personnel as Employer Representative is 3 persons for these following items:
a. Genset / Generator Set;
b. BAS / Building Automation System;
c. Passenger Mover System (Escalator, Travelator, Elevator, Moving Walk);
d. Garbarata / Passenger Boarding Bridge;
2. Harga penawaran sudah termasuk bangunan Ground Service Equipment Shelter di pekerjaan sisi
udara.
The tender sum includes a Ground Service Equipment Shelter building in the airside work.
3. Harga penawaran yang disepakati dihitung dengan metode lumpsum dan tidak ada perhitungan yang
menggunakan volume provisional.
The agreed tender sum is measured by the lumpsum method and no measured uses provisional
quantities.
4. Penjelasan mengenai klarifikasi lingkup pekerjaan sesuai Lampiran 2.

5. Pekerjaan berikut akan didiskusikan pada tahap pengembangan desain dan harus mendapatkan
persetujuan PT Bandara Internasional Batam sebelum dilakasanakan:
The following work will be discussed at the design development stage and must obtain the approval of
PT Batam International Airport before being carried out:
a. Fixed Electrical Ground Power Unit;/ Fixed Electrical Ground Power Unit;
b. Pre Conditioned Air ke semua Parking Stand;/ Pre Conditioned Air to all Parking Stands;
c. Mengubah Parking Stand AE1 dari Konfigurasi Code E ke Konfigurasi Code F Multiple Apron Ramp
System (MARS) sekaligus kelengkapan Fixbridge (Konfigurasi Ulang Terminal untuk Penyesuaian
dan Tambahan Aviobridge);
Changing the AE1 Parking Stand from Code E Configuration to Code F Multiple Apron Ramp
System (MARS) Configuration as well as Fixbridge fittings (Terminal Reconfiguration for
Aviobridge Adjustments and Additions);
d. Mengubah Parking Stand AE6 dari Konfigurasi Code E MARS sekaligus kelengkapannya
(Konfigurasi Ulang Terminal untk Penyesuaian dan Tambahan Aviobridge);
Changing the AE6 Parking Stand from the Mars Code E Configuration as well as its completeness
(Terminal Reconfiguration for Avio bridge Adjustments and Additions);
e. Rapid Exit Taxiway (Kajian Mendalam bersama Airnav terkait Kebutuhan adanya tambahan Rapid
untuk peningkatan Kapasitas Runway (NAC) dan peningkatan Layanan kepada Pesawat Udara
(Maskapai) dalam rangka OTP);

 Rapid Exit Taxiway (In-depth Study with Airnav regarding the Need for additional Rapid for
increasing Runway Capacity (NAC) and improving Services to Aircraft (Airlines) in the context of
OTP);
f. Visual Docking Guidance System (VDGS); dan/ Visual Docking Guidance System (VDGS); and
g. Common Use Passenger Processing Systems (CUPPS) akan diputuskan berdasarkan Perjanjian
Pemegang Saham PT Bandara Internasional Batam.
Common Use Passenger Processing Systems (CUPPS) will be decided based on the Shareholder
Agreement of PT Bandara Internasional Batam.
6. PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk harus memeberikan perincian nilai pekerjaan yang sesuai dengan pos
biayanya berdasarkan diskusi yang dilakukan pada saat negosiasi, paling lambat tanggal
19 Agustus 2022.
PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk must submit a breakdown of the price of the work in accordance with
its cost post based on the discussions at the time of negotiations, no later than August 19th, 2022.
7. PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk harus memberikan garis besar spesifikasi keseluruhan pekerjaan secara
lengkap termasuk usulan merek barang dan/atau peralatan dengan kualitas yang setara, paling lambat
tanggal 19 Agustus 2022.
PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk must submit a complete of outline specifications of the overall work
including proposed brands goods and/or equipment with equal quality, no later than August 19th, 2022.

sehubungan dengan detailed engineering design, dan memuat seluruh hal-hal yang secara
wajar disyaratkan atau disarankan oleh pemangku kepentingan tersebut di dalam detailed
engineering design
The design should be consulted to users in design development process and comply with
the RFP
Refer to RFP Section 7, No 5, "The Bidder should carry out survey, propose concept and
preliminary design, detailed design and obtain the approval of detailed design from
Employer and the related governmental agencies before construction" and No 13 "The
Contractor should support the Employer to consult, with Airport Users, Ministry of

4 Kontraktor Design & Build harus menyampaikan desain/perancanaan sesuai dengan yang
dipersyaratkan pada dokumen RFP untuk persetujuan pada tahap pengembangan desain dan
juga menyampaikan hal-hal berikut namun tidak terbatas pada:

a. Pada bagian taxiway improvement dilakukan kajian mendalam terkait posisi RET untuk
optimum runway capacity yang bisa tercapai dengan melibatkan ahli dan instansi terkait
