Dear Editor in chief,
Then the A.I. continued to give his opinion: Perhaps a natural gas pipe line
connected from a country to another country is damaged by its own pressure or
was sabotaged, and an artificial cutting of gas supply is created and affecting the
prices of the natural gas. Perhaps law could create another economic stimulus to
build reservoir or extra reserve so that when there is problem like stopping of gas
supply caused by natural cause or intentional, the public will not worry much
because there is a reserve that could augment the cut or short supply coming from
the reserve within the city, and there would be automatic cut or closing of supply
somewhere near the destroyed pipe because there are check valves at strategic
locations to stop continuous flow of leaks. Perhaps the insurance could pay those
people affected by the delay of supply of gas by instantly sending them e-cash via
cell phone so that they could use it to buy gas from the nearest gas station
especially if there would be added premium as insurance on the price of the natural
gas. But if there would be no cutting of supply because of accident or sabotage, the
premiums could be returned in the form of stocks, dream goods or pension plan,
etc. through automation. There would be much creativity that could be inserted or
built-in on a commodity or service so that any evil could be compensated and
could lift the standard of living; and could create cycle of cash.
Perhaps the A.I. heard and saw from the TV news that some prisoners were
helped by their comrades by digging several meters from another building going to
the jail or prison building. Perhaps another economic stimulus could be created so
that man could be busy and not idle and could create economic cycle by placing
“smart alarm” to those highly dangerous prison cell’s floor; or perhaps just transfer
those dangerous jailed persons on the second floor…! The “smart alarm” has web
of wires laminated on the flooring of those highly dangerous prison cells so that if
there would be underground tunneling and there is an attempt to make a hole on
the highly dangerous jail’s flooring, the “smart alarm” would secretly alarm the
guards inside so that the people helping those jailed dangerous people will be
caught on the act. Perhaps there is now a technology where a lamp shade would
turn on its light by just touching the base with bare hand. Perhaps the technology
could be enhanced or could be used as a sensor, and the wires could be connected
with those webs of insulated wires that if there would be some touching from
human or some contacts created, there would be a secret alarm or a warning will be
created.
Perhaps, people in a locality were very curious that two men are being married
on their church. Perhaps the bishop has no knowledge that his priest or a rebel
priest or radical priest is doing the marrying secretly. Perhaps, people could have
some access to the cell phone of the bishop if marrying two same sex people is
now a policy of that very conservative religious group; or so that curious people
could verify if it is true.
Perhaps a scholar challenged the A.I.: If marrying two same sex is evil or
immoral for the majority and somebody who has license to marry is doing it
secretly or perhaps doing “illegal,” since it is an evil act perhaps there could be
positive that could be created to stimulate cash to flow. Perhaps the A.I. was
puzzled between moral evil like doing a crime or physical evil like earthquakes,
accidents, wearing due to friction, etc. and attempted to make good or having a
counter balance out of moral evil, so the A.I. answered: Perhaps pass a policy that
a higher fee should be collected to same sex marrying ceremony because there is
an embedded contribution for insurance that if the priest or pastor with license to
marry would be caught and could be sanctioned to have some spiritual retreat or
seminar, there would be a cash from the insurance to pay for example the priest’s
bill. Or if the marrying is revoked the former couples could claim a certain small
money to pay another people to marry them- not by church wedding but by civil
wedding; or perhaps the claimed money could be used to have some dinner or
happy memorable moments to counter weigh the bad experienced.
The scholar reacted: There seems to be some impracticality in some of your
suggestions or opinions and there could be many loopholes for corruption that
could be created from it. Perhaps if one is a criminal or example he murdered
somebody or the action is a grievous evil, then perhaps the greater is the economic
stimulus that could be created out of the grievous evil; and so on and so forth; or
the greater the evil, the greater the economic stimulus that could be generated, is
this true? The A.I. seems over heating looking for right key, and attempted another
counter weigh; and remarked: Since there could be loophole in any attempt to
counter weigh something evil which is another negative thing or evil, the A.I. is
obligated to counter that evil with a positive one until things could be good and
could enhance economic activities that boost another creation of economic domino
or economic cycle. The key is if there is an evil or bad especially if its physical evil
even if it is small, law makers or policy makers should be sensitive to it that an
activity or a job or a work could be created with high pay to create economic flow
of cash; or accumulation of fund is created to pay a human activity with high pay
or that the pay could consume more consumables. But those hard and difficult
activities should be delegated to robotics and computers with lesser pay or no pay.
The more simple and easy activity a human does or called small action and being
paid high from accumulation of fund, the more economic flow or economic cycle
could be created so that those product produced by automation could be consumed;
and those beautiful places where no body is going because there is no money to
spend could now be visited through being lucky or blessed perhaps because of
winning a raffle in the form of trip to that place. The scholar reacted: you mean
only physical evil but not moral evil? The A.I. answered with doubt and answered:
Yes, only physical evil but with some exception on moral evil. There could be
exemption if the moral evil causes human to have health problems or illness
because a health problem could generate cash stimulus to flow especially to buy
medicine and to pay doctors; or especially if the sick person has health insurance.
Perhaps if the moral evil example a crime could let inventors invent security
gadgets and safety measures and could be market then indirectly the moral evil
contributed to let cash flow. Or example doing suicide could let somebody
specially his rich love ones give the suicide victim his last expensive burial then
perhaps indirectly the moral evil caused some economic stimulus to let cash flow.
Another example if imprisoned-perhaps the moral evil could let engineers build
correctional centers. But perhaps there are moral evils that have no counter weigh
that could stimulus cash to flow, and especially those moral evils that perhaps
could never directly or indirectly cause something to be good that only
condemnation words like: “he will cry and gnash his teeth”, “hell”, “eternal
punishments”, etc. are the balancing words.
Perhaps small evil could let small positive thing to be executed: Imagine by
just doing a small work or marking a line in six numbers and paying $10 dollars, a
simple action or decision could let a man wins $100,000,000.00 or more through
lottery; and this was never been an economic stimulus before. But because of
computers and communications, it could be possible now. And perhaps many
similar small economic stimuli could be made better through computer lottery even
involving just two numbers and the wining prize could be transferred to the
winners faster through e-cash or cell phone technology. Example when there is an
accumulation of fund already says $10,000.00, the fund could be a prize now so
that the cycle could be faster and many people would be benefiting; and the
transfer of cash should be just through cell phone technology or e-cash or through
ATM. Then the scholar reacted: If just marking a line in two or six numbers and
paying $10 dollars is now considered a work or job perhaps doing gambling could
now be a profession? Then the A.I. reacted: I’m sorry…I’m mistaken, my
question/answer data base about this specific topic should be reprogrammed! Then
the A.I. automatically reprogrammed it, while giving his opinion: But if a person
would gather all the markings of numbers and bets to deliver them to a lottery
center then it is called job or work. But paying bet is not a work; or even a
business. But if a capitalist could make a system that his capital say $100,000.00
will not be all consumed after 1000 bets and his original capital would still profit
because surely he would win again within those 1000 bets then perhaps it could be
called a business; not a gamble.
Then the A.I. gave his opinion on another topic: Perhaps a country is now
becoming prosperous because the leader there insists that ethanol oil or fuel from
sugar cane should be enhanced so that the people’s car would not be too dependent
to imported oil. Perhaps other countries should imitate and improve those
technologies. Perhaps, oil could be produced from other plants or anything that
were produced by photosynthesis like grass, leaves, wood, corn, any oily fruits,
etc. Perhaps, since oil is being used by rich people with plenty of cash, pass law
that there should be oil allotted for rich people but expensive called luxury fuel;
because there is an embedded insurance contribution to have accumulated fund to
pay premiums for poor people especially for education for the young and poor, and
for health care for the old and abandoned. Perhaps other savings could be allotted
for letting the shanties and squatter areas be decongested and be transformed into
parks and play grounds. And perhaps to use the accumulated cash to transfer the
people from the squatter areas or shanties to a more balanced environment or
balanced home. Principle behind: being charitable could now be automated and be
part of a policy or law. So every time a rich man buys an expensive oil or luxury
fuel perhaps coming from plants planted by average people with the help of
automation, the rich man is happy because he is helping the people; and at the
same time enjoying his blessings by using his glamour car- the fruit and product of
being good and trustworthy and industrious, and always on perfect time in joining
lotteries, contests, joining multi-leveling marketing early, and giving premiums for
insurance, pension plan, investing in stocks, etc.
I think being hungry is evil. And perhaps law and policy connected to cash or
premiums built-in on luxury fuel to buy food for the poor could help poor people
problems on eating health food three times a day throughout the year because
wealthy people would be happy buying luxury fuel. Perhaps there is word in the
kind hearted mind of the affluent people that by buying luxury fuel he could be
charitable and could be candidate to go to heaven someday after his earth life; and
at the same time buying a luxury fuel is a proof that he is responsible, smart, good
guy; or his “show of pride”.
