Teknfodo dan di damp'rngi oleh dhdsi operasiona! PT Aii Gamiia.
Adapun hasil pemeriksaan teknis sebagai berikut :

1. Berdasarkan hasil pemeriksaan visual, kondisi peralatan yang terdiri dari 3 (tiga)
unit bejana tekan, 5 (lima) unit pera!atan putar dan 2 (dua) unit peralatan listrik
berfungsi dengan baik.

2. Review dan verffikasi dokumen inspeksi sebelumnya terhadap bejana tekan,


peralatan putar, dan peralatan listrik yang terinstal pada instalasi SPPBE milik
PT Aji Gamita telah dilakukan oleh PT Farrald Teknindo.

3. Verifikasi pengujian yang dilakukan terhadap peralatan sebagai berikut :


Bejana Tekan : verifikasi pengujian ketebalan pada plat head dan shell.
Peralatan Putar : verifikasi pengujian vibrasi, kebisingan, putaran,
temperatur dan grounding.
Power Generator: verffikasi pengujian vibrasi, kebisingan, putaran,
temperatur dan grounding.
Motor Control Center: verifikasi pengujian temperatur cable dan grounding.

4." Rekomendasi PT Farrald Teknindo dari hasil verifikasi adalah sebagai berikut :
- Melakukan pengujian dan penyegelan terhadap pressure safety valve (PSV)
yang melindungi bejana tekan (storage tank dan skid tank)
- Melakukan kJarifikasi terhadap perbedaan serial number antara name plate dan
data dalam manufacture data report storage tank tag no. T-01
- Memastikan tidak terdapat sangkar burung didalam pipa buang PSV multi port
storage tank
- Melakukan re-painting pada bagian bejana tekan yang terkelupas
- Melakukan maintenance terhadap pompa LPG yang memiliki nHai vibrasi > 3
mmls.
- Melakukan maintenance terhadap kompresor LPG yang memiliki nilai vibrasi >
4,5 mmls.
- Melakukan pemasangan tag no pada masing-masing peralatan sesuai dengan
sertifikat sebelumnya
- Menggunakan ear plug pada saat berada diarea Generator
- Housekeeping diarea seluruh peralatan dipastikan dalam keadaan bersih
- Program inspeksi dan pemeliharaan agar selalu dijalankan dan direview secara
periodic untuk menjaga kehandalan dan keselamatan dari peralatan

1. PENDAHULUAN

Pada SPPBE Pertamina yang beroperasi di Kabupaten Kuning~ Jawa Barat


milik PT Aji Gamita terdapat Peralatan Putar antara lain 2 unit LPG Pump
dengan Tag Number P - 01 dan P - 02.
Dengan mengacu pada peraturan dan ketentuan pernerintah yang berlaku,
maka peralatan ini akan disertifikasi oleh Direktorat Jenderal MIGAS dengan
cara melakukan pemeriksaan teknis. Pemeriksaan dilakukan untuk
menerbitkan Sertifikasi Kelayakan Penggunaan Peralatan (SKPP) Peralatan
Putar.

2. LINGKUP PEMERIKSAAN TEKNIS

Hal-ha! yang menjadi subyek dalam melal<sanakan inspeksi SKPP peralatan


putar khususnya Unit LPG Pump PT Aji Gamita yang dioperasikan pada
SPPBE Jl. Banyumas KM 10 Selokromo Wonosobo telah memenuhi syarat-
syarat:
Peralatan sudah dimanufaktur dengan baik dan sudah diuji sesuai
dengan spesifikasi yang diajukan oleh pemilik.
Peralatan sudah dipasang sesuai dengan prosedur dan spesifikasi yang
telah disetujui oleh pemilik.
Pera!atan secara keseluruhan sudah diuji dengan hasil sesuai yang
dipersyaratkan baik secara prosedur maupun hasil uji termasuk
pengujian perangkat pengaman.
Peralatan aman untuk dioperasikan dan mempunyai suatu prosedur
operasi yang baku. Selain itu pera!atan juga harus dilakukan
perawatan dan pemeliharaan secara berkala guna tetap memelihara
unjuk kinerja baik sehingga harus memiliki suatu prosedur
pemeliharaan.

Pekerjaan Inspeksi Sertifikasi Kelayakan Penggunaan Peralatan untuk Pompa


meliputi:

I. Penelaahan (Review)
Obyek Penelahaan dokumen perencanaan adalah dengan tujuan untuk
memeriksa ketentuan-ketentuan persyaratan minimum sesuai dengan
code/standard maupun spesifikasi pemilik (owner specification) yang harus
dipenuhi.

Pemeriksaan dilaksanakan di Japangan, dengan pengertian Inspektur ( ~
ahli inspeksi) secara visual melaksanakan pemeriksaan kebenaran ~~~:=---r-1
penggunaan spesifikasi serta rnengawasi kualitas perawatan i.:.F~~­
pemeliharaan sesuai dengan perencanaannya.
Pemeriksaan fisik dan teknik dilaksanakan dengan mengidentifikasikan,
memverifikasikan dan melakukan pemeriksaan visual.

Ada pun pemeriksaan fisik yang dilakukan adalah sebagai berikut:


1. Pemeriksaan kondisi fisik.
2. Pemeriksaan name plate data.
3. Pemeriksaan struktur dan pondasi.
4. Pemeriksaan kondisi fisik grounding dan penetralan.
5. Pemeriksaan kondisi fisik kabel utama dan wiring terminasinya.
6. Electrical dan mechanical run-out.
7. Pemeriksaan terhadap safety personel untuk operasional, fasilitas
inspeksi dan perawatan.

Selain melakukan verifikasi basil pengujian, . juga dilakukan penyaksian
pengujian tersebut di lapangan.
Adapun hasil-hasil pengujian yang verifikasi terhadap hasil pengujian adalah
sebagai berikut: ··

2. Performance test.

3. RINGKASAN HASIL PEMERIKSAAN TEKNIS

Berdasarkan pemeriksaan teknis yakni penelaahan dokumen dan pemeriksaan


fisik, berikut disampaikan ringkasan hasil pemeriksaan tersebut.

3.1. Penelaahan dokumen

Pelaksanaan pemeriksaan keselamatan kerja instalasi denga cara


melaksanakan penelaahan dokumen. Pemeriksaan dengan melakukart
penelaahan dokumen ini, meliputi:

1. Spesifikasi pemilik/pengguna dan data sheet.


2. Prosedur/pedoman pengoperasian dan pemeliharaan Pu
3. Gambar sistem perpipaan dan instrument Pump
Berdasarkan hasil penelaahan doku.men yang dilakukan dapat disampaikan
hal-hal sebagai berikut:

1. Peralatan yang dipasang sudah sesuai dengan spesifikasi pengguna.


2. Gambar lay out sesuai dengan kondisi di lapangan dan spesifikasi
pemilik/ pengguna.
3. Pada saat pengujian dilaksanakan, tahap-tahap dan lingkup
pengujiannya sudah sesuai dengan prosedur pengujian.
4. Peralatan ini juga telah dilengkapi dengan pedoman atau pemeliharaan
tahunan. t

3.2. Pemeriksaan Teknis

Pemeriksaan fisik dan teknis terhadap pompa untuk lebih memastikan


kesesuaian peralatan yang akan disertifikasi memenuhi perencanaan dan
mutu standard prosedur yang ditentuan oleh manufacture maupun pemilik
sehingga peralatan ini layak untuk beroperasi.

1. Kondisi Fisik Peralatan


Secara keseluruhan berdasarkan pemeriksaan fisik dilapangan,
kondisi fisik peralatan seperti casing, control panet kebersihan
peralatan, filter, gauge dan name plate daJam kondisi baik dan tidak
terdapat kerusakan atau hal-hal yang dapat menyebabkan peralatan
menurun kemampuannya maupun tidak aman untuk dioperasikan>

3. Control Panel
Control panel yang berfungsi sebagai aJat control untuk
pengoperasian peraJatan monitor dan relay dalam kondisi bail<,
koneksi kabel di dalam panel tersebut dalam kondisi baik, dan di
dalam control panel dalam kondisi bersih tidak terdapat benda-

4. Pressure & Temperature Gauge
Pressure gauge yang terpasang di unit pompa berfungsi memonitor
kondisi pressure dan di sisi discharge. Berdasarkan hasil
pemerlksaan di lapangan, semua instrument yang terpasang dalam
kondisi dan berfungsi dengan baik.

5. Warning Sign & Safety Equipment


Tanda keselamatan seperti rambu, kode wama dan petunjuk
pemakaian peralatan keselamatan sudah dipasang dan ditempatkan
sesuaf dengan peruntukannya dan dalam kondisi terpelihara.

6. Kondisi pengoperasian Pompa


Pemeriksaan operasi Pompa dilakukan untuk melihat secara actual
kondisi peralatan keseluruhan dalam kondisi beroperasi atau
berbeban khususnya beberapa parameter-parameter penting yang
menunjukkan bahwa unit tersebut Jayak untuk beroperasi. Adapun
parameter-parameter tersebut adalah:

Berdasarkan hasil pemeriksaan langsung kondisi LPG Pump baru pada


kondisi beroperasi dan berbeban, diperoleh bahwa data-data parameter-

3.3. VERIFIKASI HASil. PENGUJIAN

Verifikasi dilakukan dengan melakukan witness/penyaksian terhadap


pengujian yang dilakukan mulai dari visual insp~ction sampai dengan
pengujian berbeban. Data-data hasil pengujian semuanya dibuat dalam
bentuk laporan untuk dilakukan verifikasi terhadap data..data tersebut.

Adapun hasil pengujian yang diverifikasi adalah sebagai beril<ut:

1. Running Test
Pengujian ini dilakukan untuk menunjukkan kondisi operasi dari pompa.
Berdasarkan hasil pengamatan di lapangan diperoleh bahwa semua joint dan
connection sudah kuat, protective dan control device sudah berfungsi dengan
baik, serta tidak ada kebocoran (leak).

2. Performance Test
Adapun parameter-parameter yang diamati pada pengujian yang dilakukan
adalah:
a. Grounding
b. Bearing temperature
c. Rotation speed
d. Noise level
e. Vibration

Berdasarkan hasil pemeriksaan langsung kondisi pompa pada kondisi


beroperasi dan berbeban, diperoleh bahwa data-data parameter-parameter
diatas masih dalam nilai·nilai penerimaan (acceptance criteria) dan sudah

4. KESIMPULAN

Berdasarkan penelahaan dokumen dan pemeriksaan fisik di Japangan seperti


yang diuraikan sebelurnnya dapat disim.pulkan bahwa peralatan pompa ini
sebagai berikut:
4.1. Peralatan tersebu t telah didesain, dipasang dan diuji sesuai dengan
spesifikasi, code/ standard dan prosedur pengujian.
4.2. Peralatan tersebut telah memenuhi aspek keandalan dan keamanan,
sehingga layak dioperasi.kan.
4.3. Sebagai dasar rekomendasi kepada Direktorat Jenderal Minyak dan
Gas Bumi untuk rnenerbitkan Sertiiikat Kelayakan Penggunaan
Peralatan (SKPP) 1 unit LPG Pump dengan Tag Number P - 01 milik PT
Aji Gamita yang dipasang pada SPPBE JI. Banyumas KM 10 Selcmro
