Dr. (smt.) Krishana Nigam, and to Sri Harish Mohan Nigam
Dear Sir,
That the abovementioned notice by you given on behalf of Sri Nirmal
Shankar Srivastava, alleging himself to be the National General Secretary of Akhil
Bhartiya Kayastha Maha Shabha is based on the wrong and misconceived
information given by the aforesaid individual, which is given on the behest of some
Rank Trespasser to the duly Registered Society bearing No. 740 under the society
Registration Act, 1961.
1. That in Reply to the contents of Paragraphs 1 to 6 of your notice, it is
submitted that it is false to allege that the renewal of the society is done wef
2005 and the earlier Registration No. Is 5680/81 of the society. The
Registration of the society was lapsed due to efflux of time and
defaults committed by it’s office bearer and due to non renewal of
Registration Certificate, the forfeiter and relinquishment of the earlier
claim has taken place after due information to your Clients. The letter
Dated 20-09-2002 written by Sri Kailash Narain Sarang to our
President Dr. R.C.Varma, than President of the Registered Society and
Dr. Krishana Nigam than General Secretary of Society further enrolled
and registered bearing Registration No. 740 is the admission by your
own alleged president Sri Kailash Narain Sarang. Thus your notice is
based on false and misconceived information. The alleged renewal, if any,
of your obsolete , stale and non existent society having redundant
registration N. 5680 of 1981 is not valid, which has been obtain under false
representation.
2. That in this manner the contends of your notice are based on false, and
self-contradictory information. The notice is not based upon the appraisal of
correct facts given by your Client. The same is denied.
3. That in case you proceed against my clients in any manner, it will be the
responsibility of your clients to suffer the repercussion, as the society of my
clients is performing activities on the basis of valid Registration Certificate,
which is renewed again in 2003 and is duly accepted by your clients in the
letter Dated 20-09-2002 written by Sri Kailash Narain Sarang to our
President Dr. R.C.Varma, than President of the Registered Society.
Kindly withdraw your notice.
