YOGESH KUMAR SAXENA, ADVOCATE, practicing at Allahabad

High Court, a Sagittarian, having his Date of Birth -29th Nov.1952,
has the very wide experience of being a remarkable youth, taking
participation of every curricular activities in Debate, Cultural
Programme, cricket, Swimming, N.C.C. and charitable programs,
during his graduation in Science and Law, but soon he undergone the
life of a destitute farmer during draught affected period, when he was
supervising the agricultural activities in the criminal zone of Mainpuri,
Etah and Farrukhabad belt to convert the 73 acre of baron land in
profitable land through soil conservation and treatment through
gypsum irrigation facilities of electric tube-well, pumping sets, first
Gobar gas Plant at Tehsil level and cultivation through tractor, which
he had taken on loan, after completion of law. His elder brother,
having his specialization in orthopedic surgery through electrical
stimulation in delayed union of fracture, was providing the
nourishment and education to his mother and sister, as the family lost
his bread-earner father on 22nd October 1971. The struggle of will
power with intelligence background having being linked with
sensitivity, brilliance and battiness in the family has provided the
conflict between original thoughts with realm of material knowledge.
From his childhood, his inquisitiveness of essential harmony between
faith and reason based upon the probable truth lying within the arena
of possibility, has lead him to think, the mystery of superior power. His
knowledge became antagonistic to his well being, as he was
confronted by universe. Soon, he realized the difference between
existences of an individual, as being something different from egoistic
self. He joined the profession by giving up the spirit of self-sacrifices,
which was eroding the very foundation of the individual existence of
psychological spheres. Life is a shylock, always it demands.
Our senses find the action and reaction, as such; some
poems written by the writers are plaguestic, but some reformist. They
start in contradicting each other by attraction and repulsion. The
efficacy of rationalistic investigation begins for analyzing the wisdom
of God. This is the beginning of spiritual life. The ideals of morality
are indebted from heredity contribution, but are coiled in spring of
enlightenment and unselfishness. The metaphysical conceptions are
interlinked some unknown centripetal and centrifugal forces of nature.
This mythology provides the message of manifestation of power.
Ultimately the unity in variety is the plan of our creation. Thus the
poems, more than 150 selected world wide Mr. Saxena, have the
presentation of a scientifically- based Philosophy of realities of life,
the philosophy of physics and philosophy of Evolution and
Microbiology. According to him, he receives instructions from some
omni-potent power of some of his well-wisher, may be the almighty
God at 2.30 A.M., which tends to liberate his human ego by
eradication of his violent aggression-motivating ideas of materialistic
life in profession.
