PRODUCT

The product that we will offer to the customer will be a variety of cakes and snacks.

Considering that the company is characterized by its 100% natural products, it will be of
quality and will advertise to consumers that the company cares about their diet and the
health of the community.

The products that will be offered in the candy store "Que Rico" will be diverse by the great
demand that is in the area as cakes, all kinds of cakes, snacks, cakes in such a way also
cover the demand as cookies, jellies and various products, which will be developed
considering a better finish than the traditional ones according to the demands of our
customers.

PRODUCT NAME

DULCERÍA QUE RICO, was chosen because we want to achieve with it that the
product is understood to be pleasant to the palate and of quality. It is also a
creative name for a candy store because the customer will enjoy our products. We
intend to position ourselves in the minds of our consumers.

PRICE

The strategy for price placement will be established as Alignment, since our price is on
average of the competition, given that we cannot raise the price because it would
generate a rejection for our customers. The price corresponds to the average market
value that buyers attribute to it because our product will have an average price in the
market that covers all economic levels, so that the customer is in accordance with the
price of the product.

PLAZA
Since the candy store is a mobile store, the target market is more diverse, but it currently
has two mobile cars, one located in the "Elías Aguirre" square and the other in the "Santa
Victoria" housing development.
DISTRIBUTION CHANNEL FLOWS

Physical flows, this method is necessary for the company because it determines
how we are going to obtain the inputs for the production of the product, covers

- The logo and website will be printed on the cover of our box giving you the
opportunity to get to know us in the market.

- We will use triptychs in each delivery of the products stating our diversity of cakes and
snacks we have to offer.

- In the medium term we will use a local radio station.

establishes a strategy for positioning.

The brand is fundamental, that is why QUE RICO has to remain in the customer's mind as
good products in confectionery, the differentiation in relation to the competition, the
quality of the products and the ingredients selected for consumption.

QUE RICO will be positioned in the minds of the consumers through its advertising by
means of brochures, flyers that will be distributed in strategic places for our consumers to
inhabit.

QUE RICO can advertise itself as a product that cares about the food and health of the
family and the community.

QUE RICO can position itself for consumers who want a quality product and good service,
quality and hygiene.

QUE RICO can position itself as a better product at an acceptable price in the market.

The strategy that would be proposed in the market positioning will be in relation to quality
