STEPS TO FOLLOW

To begin with, I will explain how to make a fairly simple refund, we will start by buying
something, do not buy extremely expensive things like an iphone or things like that, as it
is unlikely that you will get your money back. When you have purchased the item you
will open a live chat or call, by call is faster, but by live chat you can also do it and it is
just as effective.

Then, once you are live or call, make sure you have the name on the account plus the
billing address plus the order number you are refunding/replacing. (They'll ask for all that
shit if you're not logged in to your livechat account) so now you're going to use one of the
following excuses
 EXCUSES TO USE

1. "Hi, my recent order (insert order number here) shows as having arrived, but I did
not move from home on the day of delivery and have not received anything." (If you
get a good rep or a fool, whichever you choose to call them) they will apologize and
ask you if you want a refund or replacement, it's up to you which one you want. If,
on the other hand, you have a crappy rep who likes to ask questions, they will most
likely say oh we should look into this with the carrier to get around this quickly, tell
them you have called about this problem before and the other rep was processing a
refund or replacement when their internet or phone went down, there are many
excuses, don't use this one or copy the message verbatim.

2. "Hi, I received my recent order a couple of days ago, but when I received the
delivery, the box felt very light, I opened the package only to find it was empty. I'm
not sure what to make of this. Can you help me? Please?" and again, if you get a
decent representative, they will apologize and offer you a refund or replacement.
"Hi, I received my order a couple of days ago, but the main item is missing from the
box". Use this when ordering items such as portable phones or anything that has
more than one part inside the box. You can also do this for orders with multiple
items that say buy a gpu plus a motherboard plus some case fans just tell the rep
that the missing motherboard and gpu, they will reimburse.n those items, so
basically you would only pay for the case fans, obviously you only want to pay for
the cheapest item in the order.

3. "Hi, I received my order today (insert order number here) but I'm afraid the item I
ordered is water damaged. I don't know how but the box it was delivered in was
soaked and completely broke my item.

4. "Hi, I recently checked my account and I can see some unauthorized purchases."
This excuse is a bit dangerous and a bit tedious, since you need 2 addresses, one
where the fake order will be placed, and another where the real products will be
sent in case you don't ask for a refund, I don't recommend doing it.

**Extra to return an order from some time ago;

Hello, I was fulfilling my orders and noticed a long-standing order that was not delivered to
me." (they will ask you for the order number and give it to you if you are lucky they will
offer to replace it or refund it immediately).
Verify that the item is in stock before replacing the item.
Use a VPN or proxy when selecting them. They can read the IP log from your account,
especially if you use hacked / cracked accounts.
