Modifications from S3.2B to Maintenance Release S3.2C

NE sends RDI in case of SNCP from protection card if the traffic of working and protection
path is reestablished at the same time after interruption of the line signals (Note: This
behavior can occur if a S42024-D3559-B11-xx card is combined with a S42024-D3560C11-Dx card)
DCN behavior improved (possible communication loss due to warmstart, if 15 connections
activated or deactivated by TNMS at the same time)
2 Scope
Issue 1 consists of the HW and SW components tested by NE-System Test in the B410 to B600E
phases.
Issue 2 consists of the HW and SW components tested by NE-System Test in the time frame
between B600E until 2.8.1999.

5 Limitation List
The Limitation List is an independent document and is included in this release report as an
attachment.
The Limitation List contains the known faults which, in a customers working system, are limitations of
the system behaviour.
The Limitation List is stored on the SMA1K S3.2 CM system and can only be changed via MR.
6 Test Documentation
All Testplans and Test Specifications are stored on the SMA1K S3.2 CM system.
The Test documents (test results, measurement procedures) of NE-System Test are archived by
Siemens Switzerland Ltd., DE TW.
