CLAUSE ____ CLAUSE AGAINST THE LAW OF EXTINCTION OF OWNERSHIP.

The present contract is entered into between the grantors in good faith and for a
lawful purpose, therefore the "LESSEE" undertakes to use the leased property for
______ HOUSING ( ) COMMERCIAL PREMISES ( ), INDUSTRY ( ) or any other
lawful activity permitted by law.
It is expressly established that the LESSEE informs the LESSOR that the leased
property will be used exclusively for the agreed activity, therefore; any direct or
indirect activity that is carried out in the leased property either by the commission
of a crime, including those provided for in the Law of Extinction of ownership, will
be the sole responsibility of the LESSEE, his relatives, employees or any person
who directly or indirectly occupies or enters the property; the LESSEE will be
obliged to make it known to the competent authority of the competent authority in

The LESSEE under oath declares: "That in its activities it has never incurred in the
commission of any crime, including those established in the Federal Law of
Extinction of Ownership".
The LESSEE, under oath, declares: That the funds used and/or to be used for the
payment of the Rent and the constitution of the Deposit come and/or will come
from lawful sources".
The LESSEE under oath declares "That, during the term of this Lease, its
extensions or tacit reconduction and while in possession of the Premises, it will
take all measures to prevent any person allowed to enter the Premises from
carrying out any kind of illicit acts involving the Premises, particularly those referred
to in the Federal Law of Extinction of Ownership". Citing in a generic manner acts
of corruption, concealment, crimes committed by public servants, organized crime,
theft of vehicles, resources of illicit origin, crimes against health, kidnapping,
extortion, human trafficking and crimes related to hydrocarbons, petroleum and
petrochemicals or any other crimes contemplated in the aforementioned law.
"THE TENANT releases THE LANDLORD from any liability in which it may be
involved, derived from the commission of crimes, whether consummated or not,
inside or outside the property".
The LESSEE shall be obliged to notify the LESSOR of any notice or proceeding or
lawsuit that may be initiated pursuant to the Extinguishment of Ownership Law and
to provide all information necessary to defend the interests of the LESSOR and/or
OWNER.

investigated or secured by any authority derived from the suspicion or verification
of the commission of crimes committed or attempted inside or outside the property,
committed by the parties, or by any other person or entity that may have committed
or attempted to commit crimes inside or outside the property, committed by the
parties.The sole fact that the property is safeguarded, related, investigated or

commission of crimes consummated or attempted inside or outside the property,
committed by "THE LESSEE" or by "THE GUARANTOR" or by any person to
whom "THE LESSEE" or "THE GUARANTOR" or who by himself has intervened
and has been allowed the entrance to the leased property that could be constitutive
of crimes foreseen in the Federal Law of Extinction of Dominion. The obligation of
"THE LESSEE" or "THE GUARANTOR" to cover the rents and other conventional
consequences, until the total vacating and delivery of the leased property, with the
release of the authority that ordered its safekeeping, securing or for any reason
prevents the use of the property, subsists.
