Responsibilities:

Monitor & analyze the WCDMA/HSPA + Radio Network Statistics on daily basis Achieve & maintain the Radio Network Performance as per the contracted KPIs (Accessibility, Retainability, and Mobility & Service Integrity) Responsible for reducing congestion and drops, improving the IRAT Handover, Soft Handover, Location Update, Paging, CSSR, RRC Connection & RAB Establishment Success rate in the 3G RAN network for all Voice, Video Packet & High Speed. Troubleshoot and Highlight IUB congestion, Low Traffic, HO failures etc. Implement RNO guidelines and strategies set by radio network optimization. Issuing capacity upgrade requests whenever needed. Responsible for the drive test analysis and taking the necessary action to improve the performance of his geographical area. Strong knowledge with traces, parsing and analysis and comfortable to work with it on daily basis. 1) 2) 3) 4) 5) 6) 7) BO Report pulling. Counter identification and definitions. Qualifications: BE/ BTech EC/ ET/IT Industry experience: Relevant experience in the field of RF planning and optimization for a period of 3-7 years. Years of experience: 3-7 Years Certifications: RF Certification, if any, would be an added advantage. Technical and/or functional skills: Performance reports/Post processing tool

 Manage network trials and performance data to identify coverage, capacity and interference problems

Identification and analysis of key issues on the network in order to achieve QoS targets for 3G/2G/LTE/EVDO Ensuring first-class support is given to the resolution of customer problems Strong understanding of 3G/2G/LTE/EVDO RAN Strong understanding of HSPA concepts. Liaison with other teams both in and out of the region on issues relating to network quality To manage implementation of 3G/2G/LTE integration and optimisation within the Regional Optimisation Team with supporting performance analysis. A comprehensive knowledge of hardware and software features and constraints for 3G/LTE Ability to collect and analyse data from the 3G/2G/LTE networks to resolve problems and make recommendations for improving QoS Ability to analyze air interface signalling to help resolve problems and make recommendations for improving QoS Ability to develop original processes and procedures Ability to deliver innovative solutions to challenging problems Drive recommendations for changes to the physical and parametric configuration of cells Basic knowledge in RF planning Counter analysis and understanding Good knowledge on 3G/2G/LTE Radio parameters and timers Working knowledge of MapInfo Data throughput optimization for 3G/LTE. Good knowledge on Neighbor relations and analysis Good knowledge in BSS parameters Parameter audit and report preparation Analysis of drive test data and recommendation Good working knowledge in MS Excel and MS Access Performance and root cause analysis of the air interface 3G/2G network environment and radio knowledge

 Cell Optimisation techniques production of CSV files for creation of DT for new 3G sites Exposure to tools like TEMS,ACTIX,BO etc Exposure to tools like Traffica, Metrica, NetAct, Enterprise. Improve cells on following KPIs: RRC attempts, RRC Failures, CS/PS RAB attempts, CS/PS RAB failures, DCR, CSTR, SHO attempts/failures, HS attempts, HS Retainability failure rate, HS accessibility failure rate.
