This INDENTURE made this ______ day of ___________


2001 between House Building Finance Corporation having its Head
Office at F & T Centre, Karachi (hereinafter called the
CORPORATION) of the ONE PART

AND

Mrs. Shagufta Fahim D/o Muhammad Mansha Saleemi, w/o


Sh. Muhammad Fahim residing at 5-Sunny Street Bosan Road,
Multan (hereinafter called PARTNER) of the OTHER PART.

WHEREAS PARTNER availed of an investment of Rs.


332,000/- (Rupees three lac and thirty thousand only) from the
corporation for the construction/purchase of the house on Khasra
No. 27/18/2 and assigned the above-said property in favour of the
corporation through a deed of Assignment and partnership registered
in the office of District/Sub-Registrar on 5.4.97 at Multan in Book
No. 1, Vol. No. 1923, pages 172 to 175 as No. 2680 (hereinafter
called the PRINCIPAL INDENTURE).

NOW THIS INDENTURE WITNESSETH that in pursuance


of the said agreement and in consideration of one premises the
corporation doth heir, executors, administrators and assigns ALL
THAT piece of land bearing Khasra No. 27/18/2, Khewat No.
131(B) 131(R), Khatooni No. 305 to 309 consisting 12 M—15 Sq.
yards, situated in Mouza Neelkot Multan in the jurisdiction of
Gulgasht police station Taluka Sub-District Multan more or less
bounded on the North by Road 30’ wide, on the South by plot of
Zewar Bhatti, on the East by plot of Muhammad Rafique, on the
West by plot of Sheikh Muhammad Fahim together with the
dwelling house, ort houses, stables, cook rooms and out building
thereon AND ALL and singular other premises in the PRINCIPAL
INDENTURE comprises or expressed to be hereby assured or which
nowhere by any means vested in the Assignment and subject to
Redemption/Release/Relinquish under or by virtue of the
PRINCIPAL INDENTURE expressed.

AND ALL THE estates, right, title, interest, property claim


and demand whatsoever of the corporation into out of an of upon the
same premises hereintofore expressed to use HEREBY reconveyed,
granted, released, relinquished not in favour of and to the use of the
PARTNER his/her heirs, executors, administrators, executors,
administrators and assign forever fraud and all INDENTURE and
form all action, suits, accounts, claims and demands for, or in
respect of the said moneys partnership or any part thereof or for, in
respect, the PRINCIPAL INDENTURE or of anything relating to the
premises AND THE CORPORATION hereby covered with the
partners his/her heirs, executors, administrators and assigns that the
Corporation has not done or knowingly suffered on any part thereof
are, in or can be impeached encumbered or affected in title estate or
other howsover.

2002 between House Building Finance Corporation having its Head
Office at F & T Centre, Karachi (hereinafter called the
CORPORATION) of the ONE PART

AND

Mr. Haji Nazir Ahmd S/o Bashir Ahmad residing at H. No.


1376, W. No. 8-H (hereinafter called PARTNER) of the OTHER
PART.

WHEREAS PARTNER availed of an investment of


Rs. 45,000/- (Rupees forty five thousand only) from the corporation
for the construction/purchase of the house on H. No. 1592-A and
assigned the above-said property in favour of the corporation
through a deed of Assignment and partnership registered in the
office of District/Sub-Registrar on 25.8.93 at Multan in Book No. 1,
Vol. No. 1394, pages 222 to x as No. 7279 (hereinafter called the
PRINCIPAL INDENTURE).

NOW THIS INDENTURE WITNESSETH that in pursuance


of the said agreement and in consideration of one premises the
corporation doth heirs, executors, administrators and assigns ALL
THAT piece of land bearing property H. No. 1392-A, Survey, Sector
-- consisting 17 Sq. yards, situated in W. No. 8-H, Multan in the
jurisdiction of Haram Gate police station Taluka Sub-District Multan
more or less bounded on the North by Hakim Ghulam Sarwar, on the
South by Latif, on the East by Street, on the West by house of
Muhammad Jamil together with the dwelling house, ort houses,
stables, cook rooms and out building thereon AND ALL and singular
other premises in the PRINCIPAL INDENTURE comprises or
expressed to be hereby assured or which nowhere by any means
vested in the Assignment and subject to Redemption/
Release/Relinquish under or by virtue of the PRINCIPAL
INDENTURE expressed.
