Justified INTRODUCTION: (The term INTRODUCTION must be ALL CAPS) Introduce and Discuss the construct based on current literatures, studies, theories BACKGROUND OF THE STUDY: (The term must be in ALL CAPS) Include here your revised introduction Significance of the Study (Note: The labels under the Background of the Study are NOT all caps. Capitalize the first letter and have it in Bold form) ( Discuss why are you doing this study and why is it important. Also discuss what are the contributions of the study to the concerned group of individuals and how will it become beneficial to them.) Scope and Limitation (include the coverage or boundaries of the study in terms of samples, locale, time frame. Also include the concern to which the research is focused. For the limitations, include the weaknesses of the study that is beyond your control. Without it, the results will be more encompassive and conclusive) Statement of the Problem: (Includes the general purpose or objective of the study.Discuss in Paragraph form WHAT and WHY you want to study it then ENUMERATE THE PROBLEM or the specific questions about your research that you have to answer) Hypothesis of the Study: ( Enumerate the hypothesis of your study) REVIEW OF RELATED LITERATURE Include studies, both local and foreign related to your current study. Make it concise and comprehensive. Dont just copy paste it. Paraphrase it. Conceptual Paradigm Includes a paradigm that shows the relationship among and between the variables of the study. It is based on the statement of the problem, the general and specific research questions Definition of terms Include here the conceptual and operational definition of the key concepts used in your study

METHODOLOGY Research Design (Discuss the research design. State the variables and identify which is the independent and the dependent. Explain briefly how you plan to manipulate the independent variable and discuss the treatment) Research Locale Includes brief description of the place where the participants are obtained Research Participants (Discuss the sampling procedure, characteristics of the population, how many samples were drawn from the population, and their characteristics/criteria for choosing the participants of the study) Instrumentation Include the description of the instrument used in gathering the data. The development and the content as well as the norms, validity and reliability should be discussed whether standardized or self-constructed. Procedure (Discuss/explain the procedure of the experiment from the grouping to the pre-test (if applicable) then treatment and post-test) Data Analysis (Indicate the statistical test you plan to use to analyze your findings. Include the formula, level of significance, critical value and degrees of freedom. Indicate the decision rule) RESULTS/FINDINGS Findings of the Study (Enumerate your findings and discuss by supporting with related literatures and studies Indicate the computed value, the critical value and the interpretation) DISCUSSIONS How do the findings fit in with the original problem stated in the introduction?

Was the hypothesis supported? How do the findings fit in with prior research in the area? Are they consistent? If not, can any discrepancies be reconciled? What are the implications of the research? (Discuss the implication of the research to the concern individuals who will benefit from your study) Can you generalize from the findings? (Conclusions and discuss the external validity of the study, the scope and limitations) Does future research suggest itself? (Recommendations to the concern individuals who will benefit from your study and the future researchers) REFERENCES (follow the format given to you) APPENDICES (Inlcude here the documentations about your research, e.g. letters, instrumentation, answer sheet, etc., this is a separate section of your research) NOTE: STRICTLY FOLLOW THE FORMAT

FOR POWERPOINT PRESENTATION (your proposal presentation (revised) then add there your data analysis, findings, implications, conclusions, recommendations)
