HIGH SCHOOL GUIDANCE CENTER DOCUMENTATION REPORT ON TIME MANAGEMENT SEMINAR YEAR 2011 2012

RATIONALE:

Time is the most precious commodity that you will ever possess, and if you dont learn to manage your time in deliberate and national manner, you will never be able to dominate your life as well as you are capable of. Based on an appreciation of the fact that is limited, and if you adhere to a few simple principles you can quickly learn to organize your time and increase both your productivity and your level of happiness.

Time Management begins with establishment of goals and targets, so if you have not already done that you should do so. Setting goals and targets at the outset is vital because only when you have done that will you know exactly what kind of activities you need to schedule into each day, week and month.

PARTICIPANTS:

The Time Management Seminar was attended by 575 students coming from fourth year students from the morning session.
VENUE:

The Time Management Seminar was successfully held at the Learning Lab and High School Audio Visual Room 3rd floor of the High School Building last September 21 22, 2011 from 8:00 AM 12:00 PM. SPEAKER/S: The speaker was Miss Diane Arciete the High School Guidance Counsellor from the University of Cebu Main Campus, who was lively in sharing her time and knowledge towards the students.

COMMENTS/ SUGGESTIONS: Im having fun; good and nice discussions. The topic is very important to the students because it can help us to mange their time properly. I learned a lot from the seminar. The program is indeed helpful for me and my fellow students because time management and setting our priority and goal is our number one problem. This seminar taught me a lesson on how to manage my time or to achieve my goals. They are very good. The speaker has good communication to us. Hope more seminar will come! Keep it up! Successfully delivered good The topic is related to us being a student who lacks of time! The topic is absolutely delivered and explained well. I learn many things in this seminar and made my knowledge in time consuming more meaningful. I enjoyed the seminar because it teaches us on how to manage our time. Thanks for having this seminar it is our pleasure to apply this in our future. Its a good lesson to us, graduating students. I have learned more and I learned on how to manage and prioritize important things.

RECOMMENDATION:

The Time Management Seminar was made possible and successful through the effort of the speaker who took part of the activity. The participants listen attentively and were thankful for the information delivered to them. Hopefully, the students will get a knowledge acquired from the seminar, to guide them as well as to lead them to a better way of approaching life onwards. The guidance counsellor is hopeful that the students/participants will apply their learning from the activity.
