Introduction
Introduction
A database is defined as a system that it can do for many processes to get an information. Database is a collection of the related materials such as Google searching engine www.google.com. This broad definition could cover anything from mailing lists, repositories, directories and catalogues to telephone directories and encyclopaedias. A Database Management System (DBMS) is an application to do the process or facility of the creation of information. There are few common applications of database: Microsoft Excel Microsoft Access MySQL
At first, DBMS are very crude, as there was always a memory problem with the earlier electronic computers. In fact, Bill Gates was quoted as saying in 1981 that 640K memory ought to be enough for anybody. With the advent of the 90s, the shift turned from having an accurate database management system, to having one that was easily maintainable. This is because memory capacity started to grow, as well as the creation and spread of information.
Currently, DBMS is a piece of software for managing databases and providing access to them and important in every industrial field.

The Student. ID field in the table is a unique number assigned to each and every order. This allows each order to be easily identified and provides the table with a primary key. While a primary key is a unique number and no repeatable is allowed. Because of this, the number is entered manually but is still a single digit increment of the previous order. The field could therefore be and integer field because it cannot be anything but a positive whole number. Besides that, there are some fields which assigned name of student, age, gender and etc. These are only for end user to reference, which a student. ID refer to which student in the primary school, secondary school/ high school, college or even others education departments.

Conclusion
Conclusion
In question 1, a database is defined as a system that it can do for many processes to get information. A primary key is a unique number and no repeatable is allowed. Next, define how many tables or subjects of a Student Information System such as student, lecturer, class and etc, and the relationship between each and others.
Besides that, question 2 has got some of the knowledge by using Microsoft Access to create tables, relationship between tables and etc. Actually, database can help human to complete their tasks in an easier and faster manner. Thats because end-users no need much knowledge about computer and they should only know How to key in the data into the system? So, they can get the output.
In this assignment, I had learned What is database? and How to create database system through Microsoft Access?. It is something like how the database helps us to bring out the output with an easier manner. Database is a system which uses by many society and also present in a higher standard than the past.
