Project Manager-SAP SAP Experience Overview I have specialized in the implementation and program management at large, and complex ERP implementations particularly in SAP. I have driven projects and programs right from the initiation stage to the final sign off and closure. This includes initiation planning to execution or delivery of the solution. Around 7 years of industrial experience in SAP R/3, Ive done implementations, support and upgrade projects. Presently, I am working with Mahindra Satyam. This project is a global Implementation and Rollout for 15 regions across the globe for next generation technologies namely SAP ECC 6.0. Establishing project charter. o Establishing & maintaining the Project Management Plan for the project including: Scope Management Plan Stakeholder Management Communication Plan Schedule Management Plan Project Cutover Plan. Facilitating project meetings including: Project Kickoff, Project Status, Stakeholders, and PLC Decisions. Procuring and managing resources. Was responsible Identifying, documenting, and assigning project roles, responsibilities, and reporting relationships. Project: HP BAX 3PL Project Implementation The Client is the worlds largest and leading Microprocessor Chips Manufacturing Company and is ranked 53 in the list of Fortune 100 companies. The Project scope included implementation, integration and testing of SD, FI/CO, MM and WM modules for their new operations in Singapore. The projects team constituted System Analysts and Technical Developers from both Intel as well as Satyam. My major responsibilities were: o o o Facilitated in establishing the project charter, worked in relation with the Intel project Manager to come up with the project Team for the above projects. Creation of Project Master in Remedy Tool. Creation of Project Share Folder and uploading the Project Documentation in the Intel global Project Share Drive Initiating and completing the TCAB and DCAB Approval process for Migrating from Development client to Testing and Production client.

Contribution: The project team constituted System Analysts and Technical Developers from both Intel as well as Satyam. Major responsibilities were: Coordinating all the Phases and Activities spanning over the entire end-to end project between the two teams using Intel Specific Tools and Processes.
