Global Governmental Shifts & Kingdom Manifestation

For the kingdom is the LORD'S: and he is the governor among the nations. (Ps. 22:28)

We are positioned at the threshold of radical shifts and changes both in global political
realms as well as spiritual (kingdom) realm. At this moment, most nations are adjusting to changes in political Leadership and a lot is taking place in global socio-economic realms. There is a continued titanic battle against terrorism and nuclear weapons. We are encompassed with economic uncertainty. The truth is that the current global economic meltdown demands that prophets and prophetic people should shift gears in operation; we must move from simply personal prophecy into marketplace authority. Indeed personal prophecy brings refreshing to the believer and the local church but is not the end of prophetic operation, it goes beyond that realm. In the days of Elijah, Elisha, Joseph, Esther etcwe saw that these prophetic people engaged their governments with prophetic authority thereby synchronizing spiritual kingdom affairs and socio-political. It is vital for us to understand that nothing takes place in the world that takes God unaware, the earth is the Lords and the fullness thereof. The wisdom of the wise (economists, politicians, governments etc) is failing as God is stirring the wisdom of the church as the principal global panacea. Thus saith the LORD, thy redeemer, and he that formed thee from the womb, I am the LORD that maketh all things ; that stretcheth forth the heavens alone; that spreadeth abroad the earth by myself; That frustrateth the tokens of the liars, and maketh diviners mad; that turneth wise men backward, and maketh their knowledge foolish; That confirmeth the word of his servant, and performeth the counsel of his messengers; that saith to Jerusalem, Thou shalt be inhabited; and to the cities of Judah, Ye shall be built, and I will raise up the decayed places thereof: Isaiah 44:24-26 We are told in Daniel 4:17, This matter is by the decree of the watchers, and the demand by the word of the holy ones: to the intent that the living may know that the most High ruleth in the kingdom of men, and giveth it to whomsoever he will, and setteth up over it the basest of men. The fact is that the unseen controls the seen, within the womb of the unseen realm earthly activities are influenced, controlled and shaped. This however ushers the Saints of the Kingdom into an advantageous governing position as Kings/Priests in the earth ruling with the Father from our exalted position in Christ. The outworking of the residing grace within this grand spiritual position and authority make the activities of creation to submit to the expectation and purpose of the Father and accomplish His goal in the earth. We must view the present condition and activity in the earth today in light of biblical prophetic decrees and predictions; however the destiny of the earth requires further ploughing and maximized Kingdom manifestation. In every generation God does not leave himself without a witness. We are the true Jehovahs witnesses. Nevertheless he left not himself without witness, in that he did good, and gave us rain from heaven, and fruitful seasons, filling our hearts with food and gladness. Acts 14:17 As changes occur in the world structure so in the economy of God demand is being placed upon the Church for the birth of a new level of spiritual leadership (leadershift) that will focus on unveiling the eternal purposes of God and perfecting the saints. Todays leaders must impact individual believer, communities, regions and nations.

And it shall come to pass in that day, that I will call my servant Eliakim the son of Hilkiah, And I will clothe him with thy robe, and strengthen him with thy girdle, and I will commit thy government into his hand: and he shall be a father to the inhabitants of Jerusalem, and to the house of Judah. (Is. 22: 20-21) The days of superstar preachers (ecclesiastical witchcraft) who have built names for themselves like Shebna (Treasurer) are over, their works are described as sepulchers, they are judged. Thus saith the Lord GOD of hosts, Go, get thee unto this treasurer, even unto Shebna, which is over the house, and say, what hast thou here? and whom hast thou here, that thou hast hewed thee out a sepulchre here, as he that heweth him out a sepulchre on high, and that graveth an habitation for himself in a rock? God is rather calling Eliakim (God establishes). Eliakim represents the company of Apostolic/Prophetic leadership that is in alignment to the purposes of the Father, empowered and energized in present truth. With the changes in governments comes new policies, the church also must discover and employ new policies (fresh apostolic/prophetic technologies) in advancing the kingdom. In the days of King David when he brought the ark to Israel, he initiated a new strategic and superior dimension for encounter with God by contradicting the Mosaic Law and standard of worship. He instituted a new policy and pattern of worship to God through the power of revelation by placing the ark in an open tent and surrounding it with progressive praise, worship and music, thereby creating access to the presence of God for the entire congregation to express praise and worship to God without limits. (1Chronicles 16) Like David, Apostles are mandated to initiate new standard of kingdom living by the power of revelation. We cannot experience new manifestations of God as long as we maintain archaic standards and operations. Theres a truth found in the statement Jesus made in His day to the religious oligarchs; You have heard that it was said to those of old, 'You shall not murder, and whoever murders will be in danger of the judgment.' But I say to you that whoever is angry with his brother without a cause shall be in danger of the judgment. And whoever says to his brother, 'Raca!' shall be in danger of the council. But whoever says, 'You fool!' shall be in danger of hell fire. Matt.5: 21-22 We found Jesus confronting old mindset in the Law of Moses that has been established generations ago on murder, adultery, divorce, etc. But at this moment (present truth) He began to say BUT I SAY TO YOU. In other words that which was said of old is no longer applicable to this new season, there is a present truth that must be embraced NOW. Faith is the key to upgrade our revelation in order to be positioned in the new things of God. New wine and new wine skins must be produced to accommodate and advance the purposes of God in this new season. Like religious Elkanah, the old perception of kingdom manifestation has become too weak and unable to process and birth the expectation of God. We need to do ministry differently by embracing the progressive revelation of the Spirit as it invades the state of our minds. We must build with accuracy according to divine blueprint as revealed in the word. And let them make Me a sanctuary, that I may dwell among them. According to all that I show you, that is, the pattern of the tabernacle and the pattern of all its furnishings, just so you shall make it. (Ex.25:8-9) One of the major challenges of the present day Church is mixture (the parallel embrace and practice of old and new standards of God), in actual sense it goes beyond just a challenge. It is like a dangerous virus eating into the very fabric of the kingdom. Each time there is a move of God people always shift from religiosity to talking kingdom, they talk kingdom yet they havent transitioned from the old order. Like Jonathan, they hold on to the old as well as the

new. How can it work? The other day Jesus said; And no one puts new wine into old wineskins; if he does, the wine will burst the skins, and the wine is lost and the bottles destroyed; but new is to be put in new (fresh) wineskins. (Mar 2:22) There is no dispute as to the fact that in the last decade we have stepped into an Apostolic Kingdom age and the operational wheel of the church is being stimulated by the synergy of apostolic/prophetic messengers. This therefore creates a sense of urgency in the ecclesia to embrace new standards of life, as resistance to do so will result in anathema to God.
