Enroll in accreditation program and contribute to study circles (examples include Enrolled Agent, Global Professional in Human Resources, Project Management Professional). Identify & fill at least two additional activities which can be transitioned to USI Involve actively in the billing process and review bills prepared by CMG professionals, if approved by engagement management. Work with engagement teams to increase out of scope billings. Ensure "As One" protocols are being followed Attend at least one talent acquisition event (examples include campus recruitment & technical interviews) Explore opportunities to expand current services at existing clients Participate in targeting effort for a new client relationship Participate in external and internal activities (Community involvement, task forces) to build network of contacts, both within and outside of Deloitte Tax. Personally mentor at least one professional and take responsibility for regular feedback and work quality for that professional.
